Empty Nesters Ready to Travel and Explore! We have been self-employed in the masonry construction business for many years. Our eldest son is working in the business now, allowing us to travel more. Slowly, but surely, full retirement will eventually happen! We enjoy most outdoor activities including hiking, biking, paddle boarding and site-seeing. Our four grandkids keep us busy and smiling! We prefer to take the road less-traveled when time allows for that. We have found that there is nothing better than a personal reference to find a special place to visit! We have a busy Boondockers Welcome host site; and we consider ourselves privileged to meet all of the great guests that stay with us! Home Town: Vermont Skills or Expertise to Share: A third-generation masonry contractor and a retired medical transcriptionist/doula.

Phillanne and Kevin are absolute sweethearts and we're so glad we got to meet them. We had a perfect stay at their lovely property. The parking area was easy to access and the grounds are just beautiful. We appreciated the water and electric very much so that we didn't have to drain our batteries while working on cloudy New England days. Thanks again!

Wow! We would have been satisfied with just the fact that Philann and Kevin were so responsive and friendly, but my goodness their place is total luxury! The site is completely level and grassy, with plenty of room to turn around your rig and back in (we were camping with a 21 foot travel trailer). And as if all of that were not enough, they have electric and water hookups right next to the site, and invited us to dump our trash and recycling if we needed to. Combine that with a fire pit, volley ball court and hiking trail, and you’ve got a world class campground experience, in our humble opinions!

Believe every 5 star review! Such kind people who really make you feel at home. Our boys were in heaven, and even snuck a ride in around the property with Kevin on the gator. Plus, the property is gorgeous! Beautiful people, beautiful area!

Even though it may make it more challenging to book, we cannot keep it to ourselves. These folks are amazing Hosts. Very generous. The site is great. The spot is pretty flat and not much cranking needed at tongue hitch. We had a couple of unexpected surprises. From blueberry picking to blueberry muffins. Thank you P! Close enough to Burlington to explore it. We would most definitely stay again, if allowed. We appreciate you P & K!!!
