We are located in the midst of Eastern Ontario's "Land of Lakes". Great hiking, biking, boating, swimming. Provincial parks nearby. Excellent golf course within 5 minutes. 30 minutes to Kingston, Ontario.
We are at the end of a dead end street so turning around large rigs is impossible.
Next to rig.
We are mostly available unless we are on the road ourselves.
Frontenac Provincial Park
the many attractions of the City of Kingston
Excellent spot for us to bike Kand P rail trail .
Thanks for tomatoes too.
The Hamishers gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. We found them to be very friendly and sociable.
We were there at a time when her vegetable garden was bountiful and she generously shared some of her produce with us.
We enjoyed our visit with them very much.
Thank you so much for hosting us! Very friendly hosts and thanks for the beans! We will come again. We played golf and enjoyed the whole experience very much.
We spend 3 nights here at this hidden gem in the middle of nowhere.
It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing and even the neighbours were extremely friendly.
We spend Canada Day with the hosts, had a bbq in the rain, dinner, a few drinks, and shared stories.
They felt like family to us and we would love to return to this lovely stay again in the near future.
It was lovely to meet Debrah and Hugh, such a lovely and welcoming couple. They gave me many tips of what to do and where to visit in the area. Westport was one of their suggestions and it did not disappoint! Spectacular views from the lookout point in the conservation area and a very quaint town. I also made time to play the local golf course which was also a great suggestion.
The driveway of their home was quite flat and at night it was very quiet and dark. Just the sound of night wildlife and the trees rustling. There is a nice local lake and beach about five minutes walk away, perfect for a swim on a warm day.
I hope to have the opportunity to visit again one day. Thank you for your hospitality and for the delicious home baked pumpkin cookies!
