Beautiful property and lovely hosts. The deer that came to visit were a fun surprise! We would happily stay again and would recommend this location highly.
The hosts are indeed super kind, welcoming, and generous.
You can tell from the numerous reviews listing their place as the best and promising to be back.
We had a great time exploring both on the property and off. It's 18 mins to Paradise Cove, which is pretty empty mid-week.
The drive to Falcon Buff was a little rough in spots due to a washboardy road, but the scenery was beautiful. Our hosts provided us a nice level spot to park as well as electric and water to top off our tank. We had a very peaceful and quiet stay and would be happy to stay there again.
Stunning views, friendly Hosts, abundant wildlife, great level parking spot. Wild but friendly mama and baby deer.
A mountain top retreat. We loved it.
The hosts were amazing! This was the first time we have ever boondocked. The drive to the host house is a beautiful drive. It is a dirt road but we had no problem with our Class C and toad. The pine trees were beautiful and so was the morning guess this morning. My husband was getting water from our car and this doe came up behind him. It let him pet it. When he came in the rv and opened the door for me to see her. She came up to the door. We had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back sometime for another stay.
We live in a cargo converted tony house and this was our first experience with Boondockerswelcome and we couldn’t be happier. The property was gorgeous and our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, They were was very accommodating, talented and wonderful to converse with while also being respectful to our privacy. We will absolutely return if we’re back around the area.
Being fairly new to full-time rving, I'm still learning my rig and Jeep. Upon turning onto the washboard dirt road I freaked out thinking I had broken an axle. I called Pam and Steven came right out, 4 miles to lend support and led me in to their beautiful property. I was able to feed a wild deer called "Old Lady" by hand grapes and carrots, hike around finding ruins, signs of bear, a deer skeleton and many other interesting finds. Pam and Steven are the perfect hosts! If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely look them up.
We arrived a bit late but was meet by our host with a smile. She showed us where to set up and informed us of amazing hiking trails on her property. After setting up we went for a hike and our son saw the resident deer and her two fawns. It was amazing! We had to cut our visit short, only one night of the two scheduled, due to family obligations but definitely recommend Falconbuff for any much needed nature retreat.
Thank you for hosting us!
we came for a night, stayed two, and made friends for life - two of the kindest, smartest, most generous people you will meet. (and the sweetest dog as well). we shall be back.
We arrived Friday afternoon and knew immediately this was going to be great. The Host
welcomed us to the property. We took a stroll with our 3 small dogs and enjoyed views of mountains in the distance and the lovely trees and trails on the property.
We came back to find biscuits and honey waiting for us. Yum yum.
The next morning we woke to find the Host spending quality time with Bambi.
We visited his wood shop to see some amazing wood work.
We visited a suspected pet burial ground, some old dwellings and more.
Our dogs ran all over off leash. What joy!
We will be back, soon
We really enjoyed our two night stay at Falconbluff. Our hosts were so accommodating and helpful. Their property is so beautiful and quiet. It is off the beaten path and well worth the ride. Hopefully, we can stay again.
What a wonderful first experience with Boondockers! We had a wonderful time. This beautiful property is definitely secluded but we found it more than worth the extra miles! The views were breathtaking and the hosts were so friendly! They truly made our experience over-the-top! We were even treated to a guided hike around the property to see some very cool landmarks. We feel like we made great friends on this trip and hope we can visit again.
We will extend stay until Nov 3rd as we have been dodging the storms.
