Our house is 35 feet from a nice little lake. Great place for boondocking. We live near the village of Clermont which is 15 km North of La Sarre. We take our water from the lake so I would not recommend you use it in your RV. You can dump at Canadian Tire store in La Sarre and fill up right across the street.

Access Road Conditions: Private access road is 700 feet long. It is very narrow but I can drive a 35' class A on it so you should be fine as long as you drive slowly. You will have enough room to turn around near the house.

Was only one night but the hosts were very accommodating. We had a chat on their dock overlooking the lake. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

We stayed with Godboute early in the season and were made very welcome. Actually stayed at his fathers place in town. Excellent location if you're headed north up the James Bay Highway. He was extremely helpful with advice about the area and especially the route and places north. Would highly recommend this location and I'm sure these folks would make excellent guests. They are welcome to my location anytime. Excellent English and French language.
