Apache Pass

Beautiful mature variety of many trees; faint sounds of nature, birds, river, breeze; delightful seeing fireflies in evening; easy pull through RV parking spot.

Was hoping to camp in the dry camp area by the river, but guess there was a mixup and all that was available was in their RV Park. I stayed there but had to pay a fee. So I took advantage of the hookups and dumped my tanks, filled with water and used my air conditioner. I’ll go back, but will make sure I get on the actual Apache Pass dry camping!

Great overnight stop

We stayed overnight. Remote quiet spot with electric hookup. No AT&T phone service though, so no communication with outside world for us. Kinda liked that.
