We are off the beaten I5 path, but this is a great base location to explore the area. Mt Rainier is an easy day trip. So is Point Defiance and the Tacoma waterfront. Seattle City Center not so easy anymore due to the hideous traffic,(grrrr) but still doable/ OR you are welcome to just hang out. Relax. Get some rest. Get some work done. Take a walk. Stream a movie.
Solid wifi high speed connection. Cell service is sketchy. Verizon is useless. Friends have some luck with ATT. Not knowing about the others .We still have a land line LOL Wifi calling works if your device is capable.

County maintained paved road all the way to the driveway. We have a 36ft Class A so no clearance problems. We have had a rented 30ft class c in this spot and our nieghbor backs his 28ft TT with a full size extended cab pickup in to get turned around. Set back gate is 16ft wide. Towables must back in, swing out into the cul de sac, and easy angle back in. Driveables can choose head in. Either way easy in and out. No trick driving required!
Toads and towables must be dropped. Parking avalible in the driveway. We will work out the particulars as needed.

The hosts were so gracious. We were so honored to be their first guests. What an amazing spot wished we could have stayed longer, to be able to wake up next to a lake with a dock just WOW! If the weather and time had allowed it taking a kayak out or having breakfast outside or simply hanging out reading would have been incredible.
The hosts suggested visiting Mt Raineir NP and we changed our plans based on that so the next day went there ended up being in WA a day longer but it was so worth it. Honestly there are so many waterfalls to see alone. Breathtaking views for sure.
Hope they keep hosting more boondockers and that you all enjoy the guest book as much as we did! Thanks
