We are a distillery that makes handcrafted distilled spirits that include moonshine, whisky, and much more. We have tours of our facility for $10 as well as free tasting of 4 samples. We have mixed drinks available to purchase and well as a gift shop.
We have a circular driveway. We have gravel parking.

Nice place to stay for a day or two. I Had fun riding my bike on the local country Roads.
very nice distillery, very friendly staff and great overall experience. will stop bye next time passing thru
I was on my first solo trip - pulling a 5 the wheel. It had snowed a couple days before and I arrived late and having a anxiety attack. Samuel Bryant's Distillery's dad was waiting for me and helped me get set up for the night. The next morning he gave me a tour of the distillery then helped me back my 5th wheel down a snow/ice driveway in order to turn around. Pete and I talked and laughed a lot that morning. Thank you so very much for everything.
Our stay was wonderful! We had been driving all day from Texas and decided last minute to stop for the night. The host responded within 15 minutes for the ok for us to stay. When we arrived the host was so nice and even offered us to sample his distillery products, even though they had just closed. I highly recommend stopping and staying, even if it's to do a tasting.
The area is really nice and there is a large gravel parking lot with room between RVs.
So easy to get to! Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the host but got to go in and get some awesome bottles of yumminess! Very cool place 😊
We stayed overnight, it was a great place to just park and sleep. We’re thankful for the hosts to let us stay. There were 2 other RVs staying there. It was a quiet and we didn’t have to use our generator because the weather was perfect. We meant to visit their shop but it was closed when we got there and when we left.
Fun stay at Samuel t Bryant distillery! Enjoyed sampling their spirits and a great setup for an overnight stay!
We stopped by to stay for the night and had a wonderful, quiet night. The next morning we were able to do a taste testing and learn about the area and received wonderful recommendations from our hosts. Definitely recommend a stay here!
Very welcoming and great offerings! Was a very quiet night. Very much appreciated the 50amp hookup! Easy back in situation for big rigs to access electrical hookup.
We rolled in at midnight and left by 8a so didn’t get a chance to visit the distillery. The owners provide a large place to park in a nice secluded area. We loved the fresh country air and the distillery reminded us of something out of a magazine... very quaint!
We were greeted by friendly staff. The tour was interesting and we enjoyed the tasty samplings. This establishment is kids, and dogs, friendly. We had a great time boondocking here.
Quiet spot, right off the highway, easy to get back on. Staff at the distillery tasting room were friendly and patient. The products they sell are varied enough to meet different tastes. One was exceptional, and I was happy to purchase a bottle.
Beautiful quiet place with the added advantage of some tasty drinks. Definitely would stay here again!!!
We stayed one night here and the owner helped us get into some shade and out of the heat. We are thankful for the hospitality after a long week of traveling.
We were greeted with big smiles. Mr. P is lovely and so friendly. The tasting was fantastic and the mixed drinks were oh so tasty.
Staying at the Samuel T. Bryant was awesome- the area is spacious and we were allowed to camp directly next to the building as we were only there overnight and leaving early. They opened the distillery early, just so we could check out the products– we'll be enjoying some rum for sure!
Spent a very quiet night in the peaceful Tennessee countryside. Owners extremely friendly, and the property is beautiful. Had a long graveled area to park on - did not even have to disconnect our tow car.
This place is just a hop, skip, and a jump off I40. Our big rig had no problems traversing the country road to get to the distillery. We arrived in time to get a tour from Mr Pete and a run down of how their products are made. The spirits are smooth and the people are so nice. This beautiful place is dog friendly too.
We had to take the detour because of the damage to the Memphis bridge and were late arriving. Mr Bryant met us to make sure we were settled and then we went into the Distillary to purchase some of his peach moonshine. They have an extensive selection and were very dog friendly. I loved his dog Sadie.
We talked for a bit about everything from Rv'ing, COVID, genealogy & the history of the area. The next morning he checked in on us after church to say goodby.
The location was beautiful, secure & quiet. We had a much needed peaceful rest for the night & slept in the next morning. I'm sure at some point we'll return. It's very easy access off of the freeway.
Thank you for a wonderful visit & safe spot to rest!
We got there late and left early, but we did have a chance to try some of the spirits (and purchased a bottle as well). Had nice chats with S., his father, and the bartender. The space was level and the location quiet. We even did a little biking in the area - which was great. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for the hospitality.
This was our 2nd stay here, but this time we arrived during business hours! We aren’t drinkers but found great Hand Sanitizer & t-shirts to purchase from our Host..
Pete came to welcome us, share conversation & he met our All puppy, Jaxson, a 1 yr old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. We found a nice spot to park (around their level, gravel circular driveway). Got our chairs out & relaxed under the trees after our long days drive. It was a great place to walk Jaxson & later grill some food for dinner.
Thanks SBD for your hospitality. We would love to return again!
This is a great location, right off the highway, with very accommodating and friendly host. You will have several choices of level parking spots.
Our stay at STB Distillery was delightful! We made a last minute reservation after our original site for the night bailed on us due to flooding. STB took us in, and it was perfect. Distillery was fascinating, and we enjoyed cocktails. Our Class B van was parked in a gravel lot well away from other campers which was good for us as we needed to run generator for a bit. We met our neighbor campers who were friendly and interesting folks. All together a terrific experience. Would recommend STB Distillery to anyone.
Unique location with several nice level spots. Enjoyed learning about this distillery and tasting a few of the many offerings. Easy access from the interstate.
Got some delicious moonshine from their shop. And Sam is the nicest guy ever, thanks for being such a great host and helping with our generator!
Doc and I had a very relaxing and nice time on the host property. We really appreciate them letting us stay on their property. Thank you again
The main reason for my stop was to get my first Tennessee moonshine since 72. Talking to Dad was a real pleasure and be sure to say high to a very friendly 🐕. I will be back if for nothing else than the tasting and the tour I missed.
Convenient to I40, easy in, easy out. Nice host, interesting business, friendly people. Good place to walk our dog and enjoy sitting outside. Not to mention the fine whiskey and moonshine! Should definitely add to ur stop list.
This was a great stay with easy setup for us. Took the tour enjoyed the informative discussion. Thank you Samuel!
It was enjoyable to stop at stbdistillery. Everyone was so friendly and the samples were delicious! My dog really had a time of it as well. A very safe and hospitable stay in Tennessee.
Had a great time speaking with the hosts and enjoyed a tour. Had a nice spot in the parking lot with zero issues running my generator for a bit. Restful and quiet night. Hope to be back this way with the wife next time.
This was our first experience after joining Boondockers welcome. We were greeted as we pulled in. If you live on a working farm, such as I, you will feel right at home. The site was an easy quick setup and it was dark and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and offered us to attend their get-together. I'm pretty sure that our future Boondocking adventures won't offer a 80's band, taco food truck and dancing. We had a great time with some good down home folks. I do recommend their whisky shine. The blueberry and coconut was our favorite. It was unfortunate that time constraints did not permit a tour of the distillery. This was a great first boondock expirence and this host will be hard to beat. I recommend this stop if you get a chance.
Easy location right off the highway with plenty of easy parking on a circular drive so no need to unhitch. Owner and family were so friendly as were the dogs! Nice grassy area for our kids to run around and play. Enjoyed some cocktails and bought a jar of moonshine to go! Will definitely stay again if in the area!
Thank you for allowing me and my dog to stay at your Distillery - it was a rainy night and after a good walk with the dog I had a quiet and restful sleep. A good stop.
Nice hosts and a great quiet spot for being so close to the interstate! Moonshine alone is worth stopping for.
Great stop! Less than a mile from the highway, easy off, easy on when headed West.
The hosts were very friendly, would have been even more friendly except for COVID mask mandate. We were shown where to park by stbdistillery, which meant we made the circle between the distillery and woodshed and into his driveway, pointing back towards the road. The area was wide enough to let me put all my slides out and still allow for my neighbor behind me to pull around when they got ready to leave before us. We had to run our generator all night in order for our heat to work, it wasn't a problem for them at all.
We were able to go into the Distillery and sample their 'Shine. All pretty tasty stuff. Purchased a few for future reminders of a good Boondocking visit.
Please don't get upset if asked to take your drinks outside. They are just trying to be super compliant with all the Covid restrictions the county & state are strapping them with at this time.
We would stop here again if traveling this way in the future.
We were met by the owner‘s parents who showed us where to park. Lots of space for our big rig towing. Took advantage of the tasting room and had a fun time tasting the delicious spirits. Bartenders were awesome. Relaxed with a couple of cocktails before a quiet, restful night of sleep. Thank you to SBD for the hospitality!
Easy communication, nice and level gravel spot.
Pulled in after hours and had clear instruction where to go. Was leaving in the morning before opening, but they came to say hello and gave me a pre-opening tasting before I left. Thanks!
This is a great place to stay and our host was wonderful. We would love to stay there again when we have more time to enjoy the distillery!
Very friendly owner, family, and staff. Tasty products. Our favorite was the “Tennessee Sam”. Excellent place to park a big rig!
Our hostess/bartender was fantastic. They have a lot to choose from and she was super helpful guiding us through all of them. We had a good night's sleep. You do hear the highway a bit, but it didn't affect my sleep!
Unfortunately with the weather we had a later arrival than expected arrival, after they had closed. We found a nice quiet, level spot for the night. There were four other RVs already settled in & by morning we saw one had arrived after us! We had to leave early the next AM to get our newly rescued puppy to a Vaccination Appt at a location 5hrs away! We will definitely will come back here when they are open & Highly Recommend!
We were greeted by the owners father, Pete, and he was more than welcoming. He helped us get situated in the back as there were already 3 or 4 other rigs there. We went in for a tasting and the bartender was so helpful guiding us on what to try. Overall, would recommend this stop!
We so enjoyed a small campfire. Our host encouraged us and two other campers a shared evening of camp stories and information. Very blessed. Thank you much Samuel T Bryant, we'll be back.
We had a quick but wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and we were so excited to meet some other RVing families! Will be back for sure!
We had a wonderful stay! Everyone was so nice and accommodating from the moment we pulled in! The strawberry moonshine is amazing! Honestly they are all so good you can’t go wrong with any choice!
Owner kept the store open late for us and other late arrivers. There were four campers staying in their circular drive with no issues of space. Front area as well lit from lights on the street and it was far enough off the interstate for no noise. Beautiful location very friendly owners and we went inside and made a purchase because that’s the right thing to do when people give you a free place to stay.
The idea of staying the night at a distillery was very exciting. And when we stopped in they hadn't yet responded (as it was a same day request I get that), but we so wanted to see it
Not only was their tasting facilities with 4 free tastes just such a cool place but the people were absolutely gracious and when they saw we had an RV didn't hesitate to ask if we lime to stay the night, (which we did).
Staff was awesome, but the elderly gentleman(I'd tell you his name but the site says i shouldn't) really made us feel welcome with his pleasantries and conversation.
We will definitely stop back if we are heading that way again.
Love, love, looooove everyone at STB Distillery! Plenty of room to park and room for a few others. Also plenty of room to walk our pup on leash. The MOST gracious hosts ... including our favorite bartender! We took advantage of the 4 free generous tastes of moonshine and whisky, and finally decided on their coffee moonshine. ❤️ And as I am writing this I totally forgot to get their Blueberry and Cinnamon half sizes! 😞
You guys ... they have the BEST mixed drink recipes I’ve ever tasted. Totally not the same old stuff you see everywhere, that’s what’s so refreshing about this ‘out of the way, but not really’ place. Peaceful and tranquil setting, close to I-40 ... friendliest folks ... GREAT conversation ... delicious libations ... (no joke). You cannot go wrong with this host, staff and their lovely distillery. ☮️
What a great overnight stop! We really enjoyed visiting with the owner, his dad & the other RVers staying. They were preparing to host a wedding reception but still welcomed us in to check out the tasting room & spirits. We didn’t accept the free tastings they offered as we don’t drink, but we did buy some apple pie moonshine for my son in-law & hand sanitizer for ourselves. Thank you for hosting us
The Distillery is right off highway and in a rural area. It was very peaceful and quiet. I felt very safe. I had to but some moonshine for my son. Thankyou.
Stocked up on whiskey, moonshine and desert liqueurs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy on an off of I-40 with lots of room to maneuver and park for the night. Also refueled at a TA nearby where diesel was much cheaper with the TSD card. And there is a Caterpillar dealer where they had an additive we needed for our fifth wheel hydraulic rams. Very glad we stopped there!
We stayed here as a midway stop on our way to Texas. We gathered in the tasting room at the distillery with three other couples who were staying the night there also and sampled some of their great tasting moonshine and whisky as we shared traveling stories. The owners were friendly and the property has a large circle gravel drive that could accommodate multiple rigs with no problem. I would definitely recommend staying here.
We are so glad we found Samuel T Bryant Distillery on Boondockers Welcome. We pulled in late afternoon and had time to set up then visit the Distillery to sample their Moonshine. The staff was very accommodating and told us how much they enjoy having RVs visit. The owner spent some time talking with my husband as he walked our dog on the grounds. It was a peaceful stay and we would recommend this stop to others who are traveling through Tennessee.
Thank you for a lovely evening!
They were closed due to Covid 19 but still allowed me to spend the night.
Pretty family farm with modern distillery. We parked on the looped driveway behind the distillery. It was level gravel with a grassy area to sit out for the evening.good space to walk the dog. We were not able to tour or taste, but we did meet the owner. It was friendly and fairly quiet. We felt very safe parked here.
This is an awesome place to stop for the night (or longer) and sample the liquors. We sampled a wide variety and ended up purchasing an Amaretto and a strawberry moonshine that were exceptional. The hosts were very welcoming and when we asked what hours they preferred for generator use, they replied we could leave it on all night if we wanted - very accommodating.
We stayed one night and Pete came out to greet us when we arrived. He was very friendly and very accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.
Great Hosts Very friendly and helpful along with the fact all the "Libations" at the Distillery . This is a great place for an overnight stay. Pulled around a circle drive that was perfectly level. Make sure you get there before 5 or stay in the morning so you can browse the store or take a tour. We will be staying there again. Right off I-40 with easy access. Jeremie was a lovely person to talk to. She was so helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay. We loved spending the time to visit the distillery and learning more about the process. Pete was sure that we were well taken care of. Will definitely plan to return if we should get back by this way.
So many excellent choices Including the “creams“. Happy that taste samples are again available. This place could blow your budget! Thanks again for the night spot.
Highly recommend STB Distillery. Great communications prior to our arrival. Easy access off I-40. Circular drive with level parking. Quiet and peaceful. No tours or tastings due to the current coronavirus recommendations, but we made some purchases in the shop prior to departure. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Samual T Bryant’s Distillery in Jackson Tennessee! Wonderful farm-like setting, nice level parking and very nice people. His cashier was a sweetheart. Enjoyed hearing how their business used their ingenuity to survive during this pandemic by turning their distillery into a producer of hand sanitizer, providing it to government offices, as well as hospitals and nursing homes.
Sorry to say, due to the pandemic, we were not able to tour the distillery or do tastes, but hope to stop here on our way home in October and do it then.
The hardest part of this pandemic is not being able to shake hands and visit with the hosts as much as wed like. Would have loved to have a cup of coffee with Them (with a little Cozy Creme Liquor in it) and hear about their business. I did end up purchasing some to try later!
I also would have loved to learn more about the plants in/their yard. There were several I wasn’t familiar with. The surrounding forest was beautiful with spring blooming golden rod.
It's just 2 minutes off the interstate and super level. Thanks for the spot.
Friendly folks, very welcoming to a new RV'er and graciously letting me plug into power when there was an issue with my trailer battery. I will definitely stay there again.
Stayed March 22, and was warmly welcomed despite the COVID-19 shutdown—plus was able to buy that rarity, hand sanitizer, a craft version made by the distillery. Hosts generously allowed me to plug into their power, since there was an issue with my trailer's battery power. Beautiful country place, very close to I-40. A great experience for a novice RV'er.
What a great place to stop overnight AND taste delicious whisky, moonshine and others. We were pleasantly surprised and bought a few bottles. This host is also very « coronavirus conscious », which is reassuring. Highly recommend and we encourage you to taste and buy to support this fantastic small business at a time business is not great. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!
This was my second time staying at STB Distillery, and again, it was great. The hosts and team there are all wonderful, and the rv space is just fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Don’t forget to pick up a jar of your favorite shine!
Friendly reception,, but access would be tricky with a larger rig. I believe this was noted by the host. Interesting tour of distillery was rounded out with a sampling. It was also party night with live music. A truly fun experience all round.
We really enjoyed tasting various whiskeys and moonshine! Interesting information about the business and how the liquor laws have changed over the years. Wish we lived closer so we could sample all of the various flavours! Blackberry was my favourite - thanks so much for the quiet and level parking spot! If we're ever back this way, we'll definitely stop again.
Judy & David
Ok. There’s not really 50, but there is a bunch, plus gin, tnkilla, whisky, scotch and more. Very accommodating in choices to park RV. Introduced our dogs and they could be cousins. Definitely recommend.
Although it was pouring down rain the whole time, this was a lovely place to stop overnight. They have a lovely event venue and their own distillery. Easy parking and quiet and well lit all night. We would recommend navigating to this site via Interstate 40 and not Highway 412 as it is narrow and curvy and floods when there is a lot of rain.
Our family couldn't have chosen a better spot for our first BW stop! We had been traveling for 7+ hours and our kids loved the huge yard in front of the store. They were able to burn off some energy while we enjoyed some of our purchases from the shop. The staff was very friendly! We were the only rig there, but was told at one point during the summer they had hosted 4 rigs at one time. This location is fantastic and had no issues with getting our 39 ft. rig in/out.
We had a wonderful stay at Samuel T Bryant Distillery close to Jackson, TN. Samuel was very accommodating and found us a dry spot after all the rain. Make sure you try the different flavors of whiskey they offer. Thank you again for your hospitality.
Very nice location!. The host is very hospitable and his assistant is a charming and a delightful, wise for her years, young lady! Highly recommended!
Stayed one night at this lovely distillery. The folks were super nice and welcoming. If you’re a fan of moonshine and whiskey, this is a must stay. Thank you!
We stayed at the Samuel T Bryant Distillery in a 40’ motorhome, towing our 20’ car trailer. Peaceful and quiet. Plenty of room in the circular driveway. Beautiful tasting room and smooth ‘shine.
Very nice distillery . We purchased a nice tour and got to sample. Mmm very gracious host and nice overall time. Ty
We past just one night in the parking of this distillery for sleeping between Nash and Memphis.
Thank you again at our host for a safety night! 🙂
Perfect way to to end a day of driving with a distillery tour and a free tasting room. Good smooth bourbon, friendly host and a great nights sleep in a farm setting not far from the highway.
Sam was amazingly generous and kind with assistance getting settled in. His location was convenient and parking on site was easy.
Very friendly hosts! Nice, level place to camp. Very convenient to the interstate. Be sure to arrive when the distillery is open so you can try their selection of spirits- we stocked up on blueberry moonshine for our trip out west.
