The overall area was wonderful, parking was on a street with a culdesac at the end. The description of the parking states no longer than 25' and no generators. The parking was tight with a 25' trailer and a TV; the challenge came trying to navigate in and out of a gate entry. The Host can accommodate with a 15 amp extension cord. Overall it was close to ferries and the Hosts, Bill and Mary were wonderful. Hope to back soon.

We really appreciated our stay here. It was a very cute spot with beautiful views for nice dog walls and not far from eateries and such.

Bill was kind and pleasant. He made great effort to make his BW parking spot level with new gravel. it is kind of him to share the spot while his motorhome is stuffed in front of his garage in his driveway 🤣 He ran me a powercord. I enjoyed riding my bike down the steep hill, a few hundred yards. To the waterfront bike path. Port Orchard and Manchester are nice little communities. this spot is nice and dark. Wooded. Very quiet. Very safe.

Bill and Mary are lovely hosts. My rig is 20' and it fit perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet and I slept like a baby. I was also able to get 3-4 bars of a T-Mobile signal, so I was able to work. Mary fixed my dashboard hula girl :) Thank you, Mary!

We had been on the road for 3 months by the time we stayed with Bill and Mary. We took advantage of the three night stay to relax, visit Seattle on the ferry, ride our ebikes and see the Naval Museum across the sound. We enjoyed wine, a beautiful view of the water and warm conversation with them on their deck. Learning the ferry system was a bit of a challenge. To get to Seattle, take the Port Orchard foot ferry ($2 per person) to Bremerton and jump on the fast ferry to Seattle ($2 per person going east and $10 per person coming back west) You can purchase the Fast Ferry tickets through the Transit Go app. We used cash for the foot ferry to Bremerton. We were so grateful not to have to drive the RV into Seattle but still be able to visit Pikes Market. Bonus was that we locked our ebikes up at the ferry dock in Port Orchard while we were in Seattle and no one messed with them. Very safe town.
