We stayed for a night on our way to CO. The ok farm was easy to reach from hwy70. The area is beautiful and the drive to the farm was very pleasant. Manhattan, KS is a beautiful place with all kinds of restaurants and shopping.
The host is very friendly and helpful with a lot of RV and travel experience. They had good tips for us for our trip to CO. If we had more time or if we were not tired we could have spent a few more hours listening to the treasure trove of stories from our host.
Even though we had only one night to stay, we really enjoyed our time with the host.
Location is quiet and level, with a concrete base. Would be a pleasure to stay once again.
We really enjoyed our stay in the Little Apple. They are a wealth of information on RVing and boondocking. I had a little trouble unhooking my TOAD and Sparky pitched right in to help me get it resolved. The 30 amp service was perfect and it was overall just a really great stay. Will be back in a week on our way home and can’t wait.
This was my first time using Boondockers Welcome and I could not be more happy with the experience. They were so gracious and welcoming. It was a relaxing, peaceful environment with extra friendliness and caring that went above and beyond.
What a wonderful couple, we were lucky enough to be there when the host were home.
Beautiful, nice, level, parking area. Didn’t need to unhook and my total length is about 50’.
We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. Very interesting couple with interesting stories.
