This is easily the finest resort in Minnesota. Your hosts will greet you with the warmest welcome and glowing smiles. They will guide you to a perfectly flat pad with a sprawling lawn, picnic table and wildlife viewing area. Evening conversation was easy and delightful. Our new friends at Hawk Ridge made feel like we were home and treated us like we were family. Thank you for having us and we hope to see you again.
Our hosts were extremely accommodating with extra cords to reach or rig for hookups. They have an awesome property with a house built into the hill. They gave us some strawberry jam and were very nice to talk to. Would love to stay again if we are in the area.
The hosts are very welcoming, the location is awesome and very quiet.
The hosts were very nice and helpful. Their location is amazing!
This is such a unique space offered by the hosts. The house is built into the hill (like a Hobbit house!) and the front yard does not aim toward the street, making it feel very secluded even though it's in a neighborhood. We stayed in August and there were *so many* birds. We saw goldfinches, cardinals, hummingbirds, doves, red-headed woodpeckers, and many, many others. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and a great launching point from which to visit greater Minneapolis and Lake Minnetonka.
great area to bike ride. The site was quite good and they were very helpful. Beautiful house also in great area of town. Will stay here again if we come back through.
DUKE and I stayed here for a few days and boy we wish we could have stayed longer. My dog loved all the grass he got to play fetch in. The hosts were super friendly and even gave us fresh apples and grapes from their trees. A must stay if you’re in the area. BEAUTIFUL.
