We have 2 acres, but due to recent construction, the heavy equipment really disturbed the ground, making it soft in lots of places, so there’s only certain places you can park on, but if needing power/water hook up then it’s a more specific area of the yard you must park on where it’s solid. If you do plug in, a $5 donation is appreciated per night.
The WiFi is not available in the yard, but the screened porch area has it.
We do not have any spectacular water views, but you can walk down the road to see the water.
Fenced area for pets; we do have a shih tzu who does not get along with other dogs, but is the sweetest, most gentle with humans.
If it works out time and weather wise, we have a pontoon boat we can take you out on to show you the beautiful Dora Canal(A $10 gas donation)
Have a good relaxing time!
We are in a neighborhood with giant lots, but still appreciate quiet after 9pm
If you want to be left alone or the opposite, just say the word; it's all good with us. We respect privacy and communication.
We don’t want to bother neighbors, so unfortunately no generators.
If you are traveling with friends who also have an RV, more than one RV is ok, just one will be able to hook up to amenities. And a generator would bother the neighbors, so sadly, it’s not ok to run.
We have 2 places you can park....one with 50 amp plug and other nowhere near power. Both involve backing.
All paved roads. We are at the corner of a somewhat busy country road and a very quiet side road, so there is road/traffic noise from vehicles stepping on it at stop sign. Annoying.
It won’t be a problem having everything safely parked

This was our first boondocking experience and we feel very spoilt! Our hosts are the loveliest of people and went above and beyond to make us feel at home! From providing us with an extensive list of things to do to lending us their vacuum cleaner before we departed! We cannot speak highly enough about our stay here and look forward to seeing our new friends again soon!
Warm and friendly hosts who have a lot of great suggestions and knowledge. Really enjoyed talking with them & wish we’d had more time! Will definitely stop again while passing thru.
We very much enjoyed being hosted by NomadLove! They were very generous and hospitable. They told us of great events that were going on in the area and we had a tremendous time! Would definitely recommend!
These hosts can’t do more to make you feel at home!
While they provide one of the easiest “Big Rig (HDT too) Friendly level sites you can find (not a pull through) the real welcome is in their personalities. Simply put, their not just hosts, their fun, enjoyable ambassadors of RV Life!
Warning to RV’ers on the move...you won’t want to leave!!
We had a great time staying here and it was so nice of the host to open up their Fenced yard so that our dogs could play in a safe place. It was like meeting new friends! We are humbled by their generosity and hope to be back again.
You couldn’t ask for a better host. John and Susan were awesome. Gave us some great suggestions to go explore with our kids and some really great food in the area. It was so relaxin and We greatly appreciated their hospitality Thank you so much and hope to see you soon.
We so appreciated the wonderful hospitality! They had great recommendations on things to do and see nearby and were very welcoming. Thank you!
They were the nicest people we’ve met since we left Michigan. Made sure we knew how to get there, and that we had everything we needed to hook up to water and electricity. Checked with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Very good hosts. Highly recommend them!!!
