This is a concrete driveway next to my house. It is plenty long but you will have to back in. (or out) Nothing fancy but it is a safe neighborhood and there is lots to see and do here. I have a fenced back yard so the dogs can run, 50 amp hookup in garage but you will need a standard cord plus a standard extension cord to reach it. Quiet gennys are fine.
I also have tools and a full shop here so I can help with emergency repairs.
Quiet time is 10PM. Don't bother the neighbor's.
Pets and children are welcome but must not be left unattended.
I did not request a hookup donation but if it's hot and you are running multiple AC units it would be nice to offer.
Neighborhood streets. Concrete driveway. The place is in the Pine Ridge Subdivision which is an equestrian community near Crystal RIver FL
You will need to back in the driveway, so disconnect in the street. Driveway is plenty long!. 50 amp hookup but you will need a long cord.
We are home most of the winter months and gone most of the summer months. Give us a call, if we are home you are welcome.
Swim with the Manatees, Charter a fishing trip, Bring your Kayaks, Walk or Bike the quiet streets.
We had a relaxing stay on their secluded property. Despite being in the process of prepping for travel themselves, they graciously invited us to stay longer if needed due to all the Covid19 closures going on. They were a wealth of knowledge about the local area, and being RVers themselves, were able to advise us on places and routes along our intended path. We had very pleasant conversations that ranged far and wide in topic. They renewed my faith that folks are generally good hearted, and that you can find friends even if you don’t all agree on everything. I would recommend their hospitality highly to anyone passing this way!
In our year and a half of fulltime, this is definetely on the top three best overall boondockers experience. The hosts were great. Welcomed us and helped us back in. Their dog was super friendly with the kids. The area was perfect for manatee seeing even though we missed them by a week or two:(. Will return if in the area. Thanks for the campfire!
These were great people with an awesome yard. It felt safe and private. Our kids had lots of room to play and even got a ride in their golf cart, which they LOVED. Thanks so much to this generous couple and we would definitely stay again.
We loved our stay and feel grateful to have stayed here a few nights.
The hosts are very welcoming, we loved hearing some stories about their past and things to do locally.
Our dogs got along great and had a nice time running in the back yard.
Thank you so much!
Hope we cross paths again some day.
This was our 1st Boondockers Welcome stay, I cannot imagine anyone better to help us feel more welcomed and secure than they did! I feel we made friends for life! Only thing we would have done differently, was to be more rested when we went, so we could have spent more precious time with these wonderful people! I would recommend them to anyone! One day soon we too hope to host people on BW, and I’m hoping they will come our way and let us host them, cannot say enough good things about our stay, or them personally, but thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Spent two comfortable nights at this lovely home and had a great visit with the hosts and their sweet dog! We were very grateful to be able to hook up to power, get some water and WiFi. Spent a lovely evening by their campfire and learned a lot about Florida, Crystal Springs and these very warm and friendly hosts. We really hope to stop in again sometime. Thanks for the great BW experience!
Very knowledgeable about the area.
Great place to stay...quiet, plenty of room & close enough to attractions & shopping. Many places to walk.
We so enjoyed our stay!
Host's are great, very prompt to respond, greeting you at arrival, helpful to share all the things to do in the area.
Centrally located to many great things to do in the area. Our 5ver is 44 feet long and we were able to access the area with no problems and our host helped us get parked, which was pretty easy. Our hosts were wonderful people with a diverse and interesting backgrounds and a broad knowledge of the area and we enjoyed dinner and many conversations. We arrived as guests, left as friends and we plan on seeing them again.
