We are on a Stoco lake waterfront property. Guests can have access to a sand beach, dock, swim platform. The location is nestled among pines, oaks and maples. There is access to the Trans Canada trail and town is within walking distance (2km) Note: stay on trails and mowed grassy areas due to poison ivy.
Children must be supervised at all times near the water. Non swimmers must wear life jackets while on dock or swim platform.
Quiet time 10pm - 8am
Pets to be leashed while on site and poop and scoop must be practised.
Generally well maintained gravel road. Very steep hill just before property. Trees close to road at driveway can be a challenge for longer trailers.
Our property is best suited for class A, B and C RV's up to 25'. Can accommodate smaller towed trailers but it must be backed in.
Tow vehicle can park in front or beside RV.
July 1st weekend is unavailable due to family visiting. We are otherwise mostly available from April (depending on driveway conditions) to November.
Trans Canada Trail, Prince Edward County Wineries 1 hr away, Elvis Festival in August, local agricultural fairs various summer weekends.
We had an amazing stay at Lorraine's place. It's by the lake, and very serene. They responded quickly to our booking request, and even allowed us to come to their place within 45 minutes of booking. Overall, I enjoyed staying at their place, and will come again!
Hosts were fantastic in every way and such a beautiful location!!
I must share my sincere thanks for setting up my son for fishing by offering their dock and pedal boat .Thanks so much for a sharing your lovely property !
Gracious hosts, beautiful wooded area on the lake. They even have their own sand beach! Highly recommended.
We had a very relaxing stay at their cottage by the lake. It was wonderful learning about their many travel adventures. It was a perfect place to stay overnight.
Thank you, thank you gentle hosts, for making our dark sky viewing night possible.
And, thank you for your guidance that saved us an hour of travel time by pointing out a much closer Dark Sky Viewing Area.
People like you are why we are proud to be Canadian!
We had a fantastic time at their place. They are generous, friendly and kind. Thank you for a great weekend!
We had a wonderful stay. The property is delightful - lakefront with a wonderful view and quiet setting. The parking spot for our RV was private and easily accessible. The hosts are fantastic - friendly, helpful, well-travelled and we shared some great information and tips. P&J
We had an excellent visit with LorriBill, who are superb hosts. They are engaging and interesting conversationalists and took the time to lead us on a kayak tour of their lake. Thanks again folks!!!
Couldnt of asked for a better spot!
Our first boondockers experience. Beautiful view, water and company.
They had some amazing travel stories to share, quite inspiring.
So kind and patient with our kids.
Hope we cross paths again!
Awesome couple! Really enjoyed chatting with them!
Was a great silent sleep!
Wow this place is so beautiful! You need a small equipment to park there, I got a 15 feet teardrop and it was tight to back up in their driveway. The surrounding looks as a magical forest even though you are close to the city. They are a very welcoming charming couple! I recommend them!
Have a short chat due to COVID-19 didn't want to bother them too much so to stay safe I leave early.
I will definitively come back again when COVID-19 thing will calm down..
Here's my drone flight of the lake! Enjoy!
Had a great stopover enroute to our destination. Nice walking scenery and lakefront view. Recommended for anyone.
