Have you stayed at this host location?
Leave a reference for this hostYou will park about 50 ft from the house. You can get water but cannot be hooked up. The only power is standard 110 outlet but generators can run during daytime hours. We live a couple miles outside of a small town Cadillac. Cadillac contains two lakes walking paths and and many local restaurants farms and small town charm. You will be able to stock up on most supplies with local shopping.
If you smoke outside NO CIGARETTE BUTS. Be considerate of the neighborhood no generator after 10 PM. Quiet after 10 PM. Please take the time to run a hose from the house to have water available if you choose to build a fire. We like the neighborhood how it stands. There is a firepit in back yard though you will be parked in the front. It is not far and you are welcome to use it. Our backyard is pretty much just a field.
Access off of paved road. Our driveway is gravel but only about 100 ft long. If you are small you can pull through if you are over about 30 ft you may need to back in or just park on the edge of the driveway. This area does not have shade and the only electrical available is a standard 110 outlet on the shed you will park beside. It is a circle drive so most should not have any problem with getting in and out.
We have space available for rig and tow vehicle on property
We both work odd schedules. We will work with you to the best of our ability. The space is there even if we are not home yet so talk to me and I'm sure we can work with whatever. We have only 15 amp service I did put the $5 down as donation but I do think that is a bit high. I dont need to make money so unless you are using quite a bit less I'd also fine.
Lake Cadillac is a couple miles away. A bit of a longer drive to Traverse City. Sleepy bear dunes and so many other places in northern MICHIGAN
Our first Boondockers Welcome. Great place for a stop over. Lovely host and beautiful country setting. Easy circle drive for in and out. I highly recommend!
My stay with Jmartin1 was lovely! She was very helpful and communicative. Our pups loved playing together in the big field behind the house, and the view was beautiful!
Jmartin1 communicated well prior to our stay being very responsive. On arrival she greeted us at the driveway with clarification as to best ways for parking and finding a level spot.
Was able to let our pups play some and there was a large field for us and our pup to roam.
Nice quiet neighborhood in a beautiful rural setting.
Highly recommend!
Highly recommend a stay here. This was our first Boonedockers stay and the host made us feel welcomed.
Circle driveway was nice!
Open Spaces was truly what it was. Our Hosts were so accommodating with all the details and very helpful for our stay. Wish we could have visited with them, but it was a busy time. Maybe next time. We felt at home, away from home. Loved even watering their garden and watching it grow. You will be blessed, just being a part of Open Spaces.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful site.
There were many options for parking and the host was friendly and could not be more accommodating.
We definately recommend this site and host.
If we are back in this area we would love to come here again.
