Greatly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful spot. Very kind and warm hosts, generous with time and advice while keeping a safe distance. Wifi was very helpful, and I had decent Verizon cell signal as well. Sprint and ATT were not functional. A little road noise but overall a quiet spot. Enjoyed watching the birds and cows. Host is also an excellent craftsman and I felt lucky to get a tour of his workshop and showroom. If you have a long vehicle, you’ll need some technique to get up the initial turn into the driveway. I made it in my extended length Ford Transit, but it took a couple of tries. Thanks for everything!
Beautiful place. Beautiful people. My dog loved having area to run. The owners were friendly but not invasive. We felt comfortable coming and going as we pleased. They welcomed our friends who came to visit us. The fire in the fire pit by the pond was fantastic. This place is definitely on our favorites list.
It just keeps getting better and better... These folks are the best! They provide a lovely place to camp and even provided the wood for a fire. This time they joined us around the fire for a good conversation. It was a very nice evening and we would definitely recommend them! Can't wait for the next visit!
We had a lovely time at Meadowsweet Farm! They were amazing hosts- so welcoming and generous. The property was beautiful and in an amazing location. We enjoyed a nice fire that evening looking up at the stars. We were happy to get a tour of the workshop, he does amazing art! We had a great time, highly recommend this place and would love to come back again :)
This is a magical place in a farm setting. The cows literally greet you as you Arrive. Tom and Diane are so generous to let others share it. The home and business are immaculate. The local area is quintessential Vermont. If you’re looking for an authentic Vermont experience this is it. We felt very lucky to have this be our first experience on boondockers welcome. Thanks again guys
Lovely spot with a generous host! T met us upon arrival, directed us to where we parked and provided us with campfire wood for a fire. Before we left, he showed us around his amazing workshop. What an artist!
This is a beautiful place to stay with absolutely wonderful people. ❤️
We just loved staying with this host. First, he was wonderfully helpful when we arrived and he offered to make a repair on our RV. Then we saw the whole set-up at his home. He is extremely generous with everything - he had water, power, firepit, etc available -- and some adorable baby cows for entertainment. :) We were able to pull around and park on a picturesque pond with a firepit and chairs set up around it which came in handy for roasting s'mores that night under the stars. He even provided the wood for the fire!
Just when you think it can't get better than this, the next morning I was lucky enough to get a viewing of the amazing things he creates. Some people are just way too talented. He creates the most stunning things out of wood.
We were blown away by the generosity, talent, and friendliness of our hosts. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip and we're looking forward to the next time we are able to visit.
Wonderful host, excellent location. I stayed about 15 ft. of his farm pond viewing his beautiful cows grazing on the other side. Thanks again
Super nice place. Very quiet. Hosts were very accommodating. I'd stay there again for sure!
