We Recently moved into our NEW house in Unincorporated Henderson County, Hendersonville, NC
Our street is a "No Outlet" with a small Culetesac at the end and very SAFE location with great neighbors.
You should have no problem finding us with Google or Apple maps.
The entire street was recently newly re-paved! Yeah!!!
And did I say there are NO SPEEDBUMPS!!! Gotta love dat!
We are 10 min or less from Historic, Touristy, Downtown Hendersonville, NC., and a Stone's Throw from Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway and so much more.
There are lots of things to see and do! We have a trove of promotional brochures featuring many of the nearby attractions.. Please ask to borrow them if you deisre.
We look forward to your visit.
ADULTS ONLY PLEASE.
Unfortunately, since this covid thing has really screwed up the entire world, we do request that ALL guest be FULLY VACINATED. We won't be checking your papers.. but trust that you will abide by this request.
My wife and I are both Vaccinated and are comfortable being around other vaccinated persons. However; If you are NOT vaccinated we would prefer you to choose some other host.
As we are both in our 70's and have some geriatric medical conditions, we are most vulnerable, and as such we request that our guests will to comply with ALL the recommended "Social Distancing" guidelines.
Thanks in advance for your consideration.
NO SCREAMING CHILDREN or Babies Please!... Including Grandchildren.
NO Yappy or Barking Dogs! If you have a dog that won't shut up... let's just say we don't find that to be "Cute".
Cigarette Smoking is a Super BIG NO - NO MATTER WHAT!
VAPING & e-Cigarettes are frowned upon. Please don't do it here.
A good quality Cigar, on the other hand, "occasionally", and especially in the evening with a vintage adult beverage, preferably a 12 — 18-year-old Single Malt Scotch, is always a welcome scenario.
(But.... If you chain smoke Cigars... well that may be too much and you might want to seek medical help!)
I am a Scotch and Macanudo man myself. 👍😎
Religion, Politics and conversations about them are verboten! (Put that on the same level as Cigarettes)
Please; keep those thoughts and opinions to yourself.
Proselytism in any form will not be tolerated!
If you have them....Please use pads under your hydraulics.
FYI: Ham Radio is spoken here: WB2PSB
Re: Garbage, our containers are limited. Best rule is: "If you pack it in .. pack it out."
THANKS for understanding and following our house rules.
We look forward to your visit, getting to know each other and hopefully, enjoying each others company.
All roads leading to and from our location are well-maintained asphalt. There are NO speed humps on the streets leading up to our street, fingers crossed we never get them!!!
All size rigs can easily access the area.
But; be warned!!! If you go too far past our location...you will likely have to release the "Toad" to turn around in the Cul-te-sac at the end of the street.
Regardless of your RIG, Class A,B,C or TRAILER, you will need to back in to the "RV Pad"
There is a fairly steep grade going down to the LEVEL parking pad.
If you need assistance, I'll be happy to help.
I have been backing up everything from a 2 wheeled wagon on a 3 point hitch to a 4 wheel hay wagon since I was 'bout 12 or so. So, let's say... I am VERY experienced. Don't be shy! 😎👍🤪
Off Street -- Toad parking is available at the front of our property.
We are "mostly" available... except when we are on the road or out-of-town.
Please be patient if you send a request... I'm a bit of a Luddite sometimes and may not check my electronic tethering devices on as much as some others. There are often times when it's good to be "off grid" completely. 😎
But I'll usually reply by 24hours. TX.
There are too many to mention here... but
If you Google >>>. Attractions/Events/Galleries/Festivals near: Hendersonville NC and you should be deluged with info about the area.
In the Spring & Summer there are lots of "Farmer" markets and roadside stands selling great produce and in the FALL -- this is Apple Country and there are several Orchards where you can visit, pick you own, etc. Now that COVID -- "seems" to be winding down a bit, there are many more restaurants, and other venues that are getting back into the full swing of things.
The host is friendly and helpful. He synched my brake software and guided me down the driveway. Quiet neighborhood, good location.
Welcoming people and beautiful scenery. Nature’s beauty all around.
We had a very enjoyable stay at this location. The host is a very friendly and generous guy who was a pleasure to meet Our B class easily fit beside the house on a level pad and having full hookups was a treat. We hope to be back.
Zargon and company were tremendous hosts. It was our first boondocking experience, and it could not have been more enjoyable.
Great stay at Planet Zargon. He was a prompt communicator and helped us set up by the side of his lovely mountainside home. We had a nice flat set-up on the hill. Even in July the temperature and breezes were wonderful. We enjoyed the fireworks on the deck behind our RV while having a nice conversation and exchanging some camping info. Hope to visit again next year.
I had quiet and enjoyable stay at Planet Zargon. He and his wife are super hosts.
There is a 30A power connection but make sure you have 50' of extension cord. There is also a water spigot.
The location is very convenient to I-85 and I-75.
I stayed just one night but wish I had more time to talk with Planet Zargon as he has a wealth of knowledge about RVs and solar.
I would definitely recommend this boondocking location and I would stay again.
Zargon hosts were very accommodating and even helped my husband with getting parked. We ended up staying during a VERY hot day and so glad they had hookups! Very pleased with our stay. Thank you!
Zargon was so hospitable - he helped us get set up in his spacious driveway and showed us how to get to the park and walking path right across from his house! The park and the path are GREAT for dogs, and so is his whole neighborhood! I felt very safe there. It is a quick and easy drive to downtown Atlanta.
Overall we are very appreciative of Zargon’s generosity - he gave us 30amp and water hookups and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay, even offering to let us stay an extra night. I would 100% recommend Zargon’s place to anyone looking to explore the Atlanta area! Thank you again for having us, Zargon!!
