City Street to private road and parking lot.
Drive through road is hard packed grass with minor pot holes and one tree limb to manuver around. Very simple but do not suggest doing so at night on first arrival.
Drive through site, no need to de-hitch; but plenty of room to do so if you need. Seperate parking available in adjacent parking lot. Both asphalt and hard packed grass available.

Loved it.....This is a quiet place close to historic Wilmington and the Wrightsville beach. May not look good but it is great. Loved our 5 day stay. Capt J was quick to respond to text. Thank you Capt J.
Ps...Don't try to turn around down the street...there is a new fence narrowing the path.
Because of my work schedule, we arrived much later in the evening than we had hoped. Capt’ J accommodated our schedule and even guided us in over the phone the last mile or two. The site was level and easy to navigate with our 28 foot class C. Electric and water hookups were convenient as well.
It might look like it would be a busy area when you first see the photos, but it was very quiet and peaceful the Friday and Saturday nights we stayed.
Thanks so much, Capt’ J!
Capt_J was easy to work with, thank you. The location was very quiet and seemed safe, even if at first glance it appears a bit sketchy. But we had zero issues and were very happy to have such a level, quiet location with water and electric. My electric plug wouldn't fit into the housing cover, so I just slid it over and popped it off the screws and set it aside until I was finished. After unplugging I just slid it back on. The page does advertise WiFi included, but I didn't see any public/free option when I tried to use it, and it was too late to reach out to ask what the PW was. Same think on night two- I had forgotten to reach out and ask. No biggie though. Thank you, and we will be back again!
This spot is great for an overnight stay and really large parking area, no issues maneuvering our 35 foot motorhome. Convenience store was great for snacks and drinks, laundry was closed, probably covid. We didn't have a tow so couldn't really explore the area. Capt J stopped by and was super nice and helpful.
I thought it was a little sketchy at 1st- a parking lot next to a laundry mat, but it was really fine. A nice neighborhood and I did not have any problems/ disturbances through the night. Going around the back through the dirt road area prevented having to back in or turn around at all.
The water was being repaired so not available but I was provided with electricity for which I was very grateful.
Capt J was very responsive and made sure I settled in OK.
I would definitely stay again.
