We are located on a farm 13 miles from Hastings or 2 miles from Ayr. We are also one mile from crystal Lake recreation area. You will need to back in for the electric hook up. It’s a grassy area. If we’ve just had a heavy rain 30 amp would not be available without a 75 ft cord. If it’s dry a regular camper cord works fine. A 20 amp is available in the garage if you’re parking in driveway.
Please use an ashtray if you’re a smoker. Do not leave butts on the ground. You may use fire pit if it’s not dry weather. Rambo, our German Shepard, is one friendly dog and is not aggressive. Do not open gate to backyard as we do not want Rambo in the front yard. He tends to run away if he gets bored. Pets welcome as long as you pick up after them. Thank you.
All paved roads except quarter of a mile. We are a quarter of a mile from Adams central rd. Which is paved.
We have a farmyard and tow vehicles may be parked by RV. We have one 30 amp box available. Water is available. No sewer hook up.
We tend to do a lot of last minute trips in the summer, but feel free to give us a shout out and see if we can accommodate you.

We stayed for one night on the way home from our honeymoon. Our hosts were so welcoming and kind. It was a beautiful property to stay on that made for a calm and relaxing evening. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. We highly recommend staying here!
We highly recommend staying at Fantasy Farms. We stayed 1 night and it was so peaceful and quiet. Our host got us situated right away in the shade and couldn’t have been more friendly. He freely shared stories of his family and farm which were greatly appreciated. He has such a pleasant demeanor which made our stay. We would look forward to coming back here again someday. Their dog, Rambo, was also super friendly.
Really very kind and helpful hosts. Beautiful location and wonderful people. Great experience!
Needed to find some parts and they sent me in the right direction. Lots of help with understanding my rig too. Very helpful.
First time in Nebraska and the hosts helped renew my faith in man (woman) kind. Beautiful farm, beautiful people and beautiful Rambo. Hoping to meet the on the coast one day
Fantasy Farms is a nice and easily accessible BW place while traveling through Nebraska. The hosts are super nice and the spot with 30 amp access is level and protected by trees. They even have a fire pit to enjoy if a guest so chooses. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us their way. Really, really nice people!
Our first Boondockers Welcome stay was fabulous. Our hosts were so nice. They were perfect hosts. We were able to spend lots of time chatting with them as well as other family members who were visiting. Loved hearing about their farm and mutual interest in quilting projects. We needed to do laundry and grocery shop during our stay and they helped us with directions. The property is beautiful and peaceful. We did use their 30 amp electric hookup, and the grassy area we parked on was level. We hope to stay here again when going through this area. We feel like we have made new friends.
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your farm. We really enjoyed the company and the beauty that Nebraska provides. I was quite amazed at the quality of the roads in NE, the quality of the roads to access Fantasy Farms and the quietness of the hosts location. Other states caused us a flat tire and the hosts were very gracious in accommodating our late arrival. Thank you again for a wonderful time.
Hosts were very accomodating and provided us with a lovely site on grass with shade trees. Highly recommend!!
Large level grass parking

Would stay again
Really, we had no idea Nebraska would be so lovely. The hosts greeted us on arrival and showed us where to hook up our electricity and access water. We would have loved to visit more, but a chat at a socially acceptable distance was all we could enjoy in these difficult times. The hosts were gracious and the location was amazing. We would definitely return to Fantasy Farms.
I enjoyed my two day stopover very much. Vickie and her husband were generous and gracious hosts. They even took the time to arrange a ride in a combine one afternoon. A completely new and interesting experience for this New Englander!! Nice breezes up on their hillside, pretty sunsets, it was just perfect.
We arrived later than we planned due to a flat tire. The hosts had no problem with this and were there to greet us at 10pm. Our stay was short, but we felt welcome and were provided electric and water, which made it very convenient. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area.
Thanks for letting us stay. A beautiful stay at a peaceful farm with amazing people.
We had a wonderful time. The hosts were so nice and the place was peaceful and beautiful. We were greeted in the morning by the birds! A great place to spend the night.
We can't thank these wonderful people enough for hosting us. Due to the wet weather we couldn't park in the yard where the electric plug is. They ran a cord from the garage so we could plug in. We talked past my usual bed time. This is a beautiful working farm. To this old farm boy it smelled like home.
