7 acre homestead/farm. Cattle, Goats, chickens, Turkeys, ducks. We have space near my trailer and I fitted a 50amp outlet in my workshop that you can use. Donations for how much you use are welcome. We don't have a dedicated water hookup, but we can run a hose if required. It will be direct from our well from a standard garden hose, so a filter would be suggested. . Just wanted to offer a space to anybody who needs it. We do have neighbors quite close, so being respectful of them is highly requested. They are nice, reasonable people, but please don't party until 2am.
We don't supply Wifi access as our internet connection is very limited. However, we have excellent AT&T and Verizon cell tower signal. Not sure about other providers.
We are not a business. We just want to help fellow RV'ers out.
Please keep pets on leashes when not in Designated area (We have free roaming poultry!)
Please limit use of generators (and not after 10pm or before 10am)
We have a 50amp hookup that you can use. We aren't going to charge a set fee for this, but obviously a donation to cover whatever power you use would be nice.
There are some low tree branches on a single track gravel road (Worse in the summer). My neighbor had a very large 5th wheel and got it down fine, but if its your pride and joy, you may want to re-think. The turn into our property is very tight. I have an F250 and a 30ft travel trailer and thats fine, but anything bigger you will probably scrape a few small branches.
Although we personally can accommodate any size, please read the 'access road conditions' section as you may not want to travel on our local roads and turning into our property will be tough for the longer/taller rig.
We have a large grass area to the side of a gravel driveway on our farm. It's not especially level, but fine if you have a couple of leveling blocks. We have a 50amp hookup that our trailer is often hooked up to, but can be used if needed (Donations for use is obviously welcome).
We do a lot of last minute trips in the summer, but feel free to give us a shout and see if we can accommodate you.

Very nice, welcoming, and helpful couple!! I loved hearing the chickens, turkeys, cows, and woodpecker when out with my dogs (I couldn't hear them in the trailer.). Made me feel like home.
The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious to this newbie who was having trouble with backing, a non-working generator, a non-working water heater, and operating a new air compressor! Thank you so much for all your assistance and the dog advice, too! I hope you check out the English Shepherd breed.
Good luck to you both in your trailer renovations and travels. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
Perfect place to stay. I had a great visit with FarmerLarry. Got to see his camper rebuild. Looks good. He prided a flat place to park. Power which helped keep computers charged so we could get work done. Verizon service was good. Not to far from Harpers Ferry which is a must visit. I hope we cross paths again.
This site provides a mostly level shaded spot that fit our 27 foot class a and tow car.
FarmerLarry provided us with detailed directions and cautions about the single lane roadway and abundant trees and shrubs. Using his directions we were able to navigate to his site without any issues. Our rig is 12 foot tall and 8 1/2 feet wide. Longer or taller rigs may have issues.
We were welcomed upon arrival, enjoyed a lovely chat with our Hosts. Great ideas and attitude.
We were happy that FarmerLarry accepted our request promptly and we had a very quiet evening. I think the Gangsta Rap was from the Cows.
We will request another stay when in the area and recommend this site for other travelers. We look forward to hosting y’all when you come to North Carolina.
