We are located about 80 miles north/west of Yosemite National Park, and also about 80 miles from Sacramento CA, the state Capital. We are on a 21 acre ranch between the towns of Riverbank CA and Oakdale CA. Our RV space is in a separate area of the ranch. We have 15 acres planted in walnut trees, with a 1/2 mile circular road for walking around the tree farm, as long as the farmer is not actively working with the trees.
We have two retired horses, and several cats. Pets are welcome as long as they are under control. There is a large dog park about 2 miles away, and our ranch borders a local railroad track so you will hear and see a few local trains. We have a 1/4 acre pond stocked for catch&release fishing - no guests allowed in the pond area or in the barns or horse pasture areas.
There are four homes on our 21 acre ranch - so guests are requested to respect the private areas of the homes. We have a community park area that we all use for relaxing, watching sunsets, having a campfire, or just socializing with each other.
No off-leash or barking dogs.
No guests around the horses or the pond unless accompanied by one of us.
Respect the privacy of the four homes on the ranch.
No entry into any of the barns.
No smoking except within the guest's RV.
We are located on a county road between Riverbank and Oakdale California. Access to the RV space is via circular driveway with access to our main road. The county road is two lane and paved. Our circular driveway is road base, and the RV space is level gravel. The RV space would require using several normally closed gates in order to pull through. It is best to either pull-in and back out or back-in and pull out.
There is space near the RV area to park a tow vehicle. We can actually accommodate a 45 ft RV.
We are a bit spontaneous about our travel dates so be sure to check with us as early as you can to see what our schedule is. We do require that we be home during your visit.

I can't say enough nice things about this Host, both husband and wife are wonderful people and they have a wonderful spot to stay. Easy to get into with all the hookups a person could need. If you just need a place to park for the night that's ok too. It's in the country, just out of town. They are avid RV'ers themselves so they know what you need yet allow you your privacy too. Perfect place to stay, I will contact them again when I'm in this area.
