Retired Army , I like meeting nice people, Details: Im a guy who loves RVing and meeting others in the RV world...Im nice so you , I love talking to people and listening to their adventures on the road....Im retired and have time on my hands to help others when Im not on the road....Just about anybody who is a responsible RVer can stay at my place. I live in Clearwater Florida . I can ONLY allow Class B Van type RVs in my community. NO Pets , drugs, or dirty people...I hate to say that but there are people like that on the road...Im a nice guy but Im no push over...please come and stay, do your laundry, take a shower and sleep in a bed if you want to , just be clean and a nice person...i will also cook for you...Im a Christian and I love helping people. I might need to stay at your place some time, who knows..Let’s all be friends and have fun while we still can..... Home Town: I grew up in Albany NY...but now I live in Clearwater Florida. Favorite Boondocking Locations: I dont have a favorite boondocking place at this time Skills or Expertise to Share: I can fix just about anything...I had a contracting business for 15yrs. Even if you don’t stay at my place and your passing threw and having trouble with your RV CALL ME and I will fix it

Host Jim is an amazingly gregarious and gracious host. He went above and beyond the norm in so many ways, even inviting us to use the community pool and hot tub. He’s a builder, too, and was happy to fix two broken parts in our rig. On top of all that, he lives in a community full of friendly folks, many of them snowbirds from all around North America. We really hope to visit again next chance we get.

Jim could not have been more accommodating to us, we got a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived and he even offered a spare room with a shower and toilet for us to use - which was such a nice treat. We had an issue with our solar panels and needed to install a new one which we were going to do the following day but Jim offered for us stay for most of the next day so we could fix them. He spent the afternoon with us on our roof fixing our panels, and sharing travel stories. The location was great too, easy access to water and power, and such a quiet area with friendly neighbors stopping by to say hello. Jim was such a wonderful host!
