Location

Access Road Conditions: Paved side street, in town. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Driveway is level, 30 feet long with a 9 foot head clearance. Overnight parking on the street is available for larger units but only from April 15 to November 15. Because of the height restriction for the driveway and the 6 degree slope of the street large units are not a good fit. Electricity and water available in either location. The city of Augusta has a dump station available at no charge but is only open Mon-Fri 7-3. Nearest KOA (with dump station) is 12 miles away.

Spent a restful night here. Only issue was the weather, overcast and rainy, but that’s in the Lord’s control! Thanks Charles and Ann.

This was one of my fav BW spot locations, as it was super close to a downtown area with lots of restaurant options and a beautiful rail trail to walk on. The hosts were very welcoming and lovely to talk to as well, I would love to come back and visit them again one day.

We stayed at Ann’s Cottage. It rained from the time we arrived until we left, so we really did not have much time together. However, our hosts were very gracious and welcoming, offering us water, electric and WiFi. Thanks.

We quite enjoyed our time in Augusta thanks for C + A. They were beyond generous with their home and even took us on a short walk through town. The river has a nice rail trail that's perfect for bikes or just walking. The space itself is good for smaller rigs. We parked on the street right in front of the house and was nice and quiet at night. These two are a wealth of knowledge and fellow travelers. If you're in the area I highly recommend a visit. Thanks again
