Requested a stay several nights in advance. Availability showed as active but no response was forthcoming. We ended up having to make alternate plans.

Central location. Friendly welcome. Plenty of space. Host was interesting to talk to and a great source of information. Love staying on the farm. Trouble free.

Thanks to Mike and Any for this perfect summer night in their yard in the heart of WNY farm country. A very quiet stay and they provided electric and water. Although we were in and out quick, it was a relaxing time.

Our host met us in their yard and directed us to our spot. They offered power and water but we were okay without it. We stayed one night but were able to drive thru the nearby small town (small towns are the BEST). They made us feel very welcome but we didn't get to visit much later in the evening as we had hoped because it rained off and on. Their property is beautiful and even though we were near a road, it isn't high traffic plus we were far enough away from it that we really didn't notice it. We'd definitely stay here again!
