Open from May 30 til Oct 12th. . We are located on a main route. Route 25. You can follow route 25 from new Hampshire and go to the end and be on Congress street in Portland,Maine. Hospitals are in Portland,,Maine, North Conway, New Hampshire and Biddeford Maine, Bridgton,Maine. All within 30 miles of our place. Malls are 30 miles as well as beaches and mountains. Many local places to go swimming. Long Pond in Cornish is free and a great place as it has a shallow water for a long distance for kids safety. Plenty of sites to see. Cathredral Pines is a great free place in North Conway,New Hampshire. You can go to Portland, maine and take the mailboat out for $18 00 each for seniors. It goes out for 3 hours every day in morning and afternoon. Call first because of Virus. You get to get off on one island for half an hour for coffee. Its awesome way to spend the day in Portland. I love D’imillo's floating resturant right down the street from the mail boat access> It's actually a sea tanker rehabbed into a restaurant. I love going on the top deck and watch all the boats and cruise ships coming and going. You can sit and eat there! So much to see in Maine and New Hampshire! I can't put it all in here! Bay Haven here in Town has awesome Seafood! Suggested Local Attractions:beaches and mountains. Fairs and bluegrass festivals and much more!

We are an adventurous senior citizen couple wanting people to socialize with. Details: My husband and I recently retired and are rving. We winter in Florida and Summer in Maine. When in Florida we camp out where it's warm! In the summer we have a fleamarket style junque shop ( and I mean junk) in Cornish,Maine. We are not fancy. We are average Maniacs! We have room for about 6-8 rv’s depending on size of rv. We do have a well where you can get good Maine water to drink. We are about 30 miles from Maine beaches and 25 miles from Portland,Maine and Malls. We are 30 miles from the white mountains and North Conway,New Hampshire. We are about 2 hours from Boston. We have a river that runs behind the shop and you can kyack most of the time. we offer a couple of tent sites. No utilities. We do offer a free cup of coffee when you arrive! Home Town: I was brought up in Cornish,Maine. A beautiful little town with lots to offer visitors. Antique shops and small shops galore. A hotel and a motel and several good eating places that are a must to visit! My favorite is Bay Haven, where they have the fish brought in daily from the boats. Portions are large. Sophies has great food and a drive thru and order ahead or take your chances there is a seat available! Sunrise Pizza and grilled chicken salad. Great sandwitches and Italian food. House of Pizza is where the Locals gather mornings and My husband and I are usually there with a group of friends for coffee or breakfast. A great breakfast Buffet on Sunday Mornings! Fat Boys is great. Fairgrounds Pizza has a bar and Varity of good food. The community is awesome. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Cornish,Maine and the Equestrian site at Dupois Park in Fl. Several others in Florida. Skills or Expertise to Share: My husband is a carpenter . I should say was as he just had congestive heart failure in the past year and has a pacemaker/defibulator and is limited in this area. He is a licensed Real Estate Referral Specialist And can get you an awesome realtor in any state. Just send info of location, budget and details of land or home you are looking for with contact information. packratphyl@yahoo.com. I was a family alcohol and drug counselor in the 80's and 90's and then went into retail sales running Christmas and Halloween stores in the Malls in Maine,New Hampshire, And washington D.C. I also have run my shop in Maine for 28 years in the summer. I met my husband 8 years ago and we have been married for 6 years in August.

We used Packratphyls as a home base as we explored the Cornish area and drove down to Portland. It was quiet and peaceful — and the owners were very nice. We had a great time!

if you want an easy going peaceful spot to relax, this is the place. tucked away off the road surrounded by woods, yet centrally located and close to everything. i will definitely stay again, we still had so much more to enjoy. the host is so great and very flexible and easy to communicate with.

We stayed here in August and again in September. Big rig friendly. Our hosts were so welcoming and easy-going. They have a community fire pit that we enjoyed with them a couple nights. They also set up corn hole for us to play with our kids. There is a river down behind the property that we walked down and swam in on a hot day. Town is not far for essentials. Great stay and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed here so that we could attend the Freeburg Fair. It worked out great. Plenty of parking areas to choose from. Didn't need to level our truck camper. Site we chose was dead level. The field is a bit bumpy, just take it slow. Our hostess was very helpful. Great place to get away.

We stopped here last year and really enjoyed it Phyl and Tony are great folks, and it's a pretty relaxing stay in the field behind the flea market extravaganza that is Packrat Phyl's. Good seafood at Bay Haven a mile down the road.
