Close to beaches, places to eat and shopping. Propane trade in at Lowe's nearby. Gander RV just down the road. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to seafood restaurant. My actual donation request is $3 per night under my front mat. It's on the honor system, if you feel you used more, leave more. If you're just topping off water/using electric for one thing/short window, leave less. No worries, I mainly want to offer a safe, quiet place for you to rest.
Smoking allowed until I find butts in the yard. Check out time 9am. Quiet time 9pm. No generators running after 9 or at all if they are loud. Max stay two nights. If using electric, please consider a small donation under the front mat.
Van, or smaller RV will fit in drive. Driveway is about 50 ft total. No room on Street for tow vehicle. No sure about turning radius so anything over 25-30 ft is questionable...
I travel often extended weekends. Also Airbnbing the house will take precedence over Availability of driveway...
Dave's Oyster Bar, Aloha Grill, Johnny Houstons, East River Smokehouse,
Air museum, Gulf beaches, zoo, gulfarium...

We had a great stay at CocosMiles! Very nice hosts. Our kids loved being able to run around her front lawn. Thank you so much!
It was a very quiet place to rest and our host was friendly and helpful. A lot to do in the area and we had a visit and talked about Van life and our travels. We’ve made a new friend who is welcome to our place in Ontario any time.
Was a nice stay, very easy location to get to. Enjoyed talking with CocosMiles in the morning. Would stay here again if in the area.
Very personable and accommodating hostess.
Recommend if you are passing thru. 5 stars from us
Reached out for a quick stay in gulf breeze as I Head west. Quick response in a nice quiet neighborhood made for a nice restful sleep. Added bonus of having good oyster grill within a block.
We had a wonderful stay in her driveway and she was a fantastic host. We exchanged some of our camping ideas and she gave us great info of some of the local events in the area. Thanks for having us!
We just got from a 8 days in a campground in New Orleans between an airport and a railroad track with train horns every night...
We got at Coco's place, after easy booking and friendly email exchanges. The place was perfect for our stay and she took the time to welcome us after her loooong day of work.
We recommend this place !

This was an easy spot to get to and central to lots of things. Our host was very friendly and communicative and we enjoyed our conversations with her.
We stayed 2 nights at Cocosmiles and had a great stay. Perfect location for exploring the gulf islands and Fort Pickens national park.
Had some interesting conversations about RVing amongst other subjects and had a relaxing and quiet 2 nights of sleep. Would definitely stay here again if in area and off course if accepted.
Hope to see you on the road!
We arrived after dark but CocoMiles' place was super easy to find and get into. Unfortunately our host was sick and the weather was bad so we didn't get to meet her until the next morning when we were leaving. She came out in the drizzling rain to say goodbye and we had a very nice chat.
She was so nice and easy to talk to. Very warm stay and very nice to talk to. If you're going to be in this part of Florida definitely make it a stop.
We had a wonderful stay and a great time chatting. Thank you so much CocosMiles!
Even though our stay included torrential rain and colder days we enjoyed the convenient location and visiting with our host. The Oyster Bar around the corner didn't hurt either!
Such a lovely host. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet and safe spot that is easy to find. Will definitely stay again if we can!
