Property is level and well drained in rain. Parking is back in only, into wide drive-way at right angle to road. Only one house beyond us on road so no traffic on the dead end road.
Shielded from main Rd. by row of trees, that keeps the road noise and wind down.
Guests are welcome to use our covered, screened in Gazebo, with propane grill inside or sit outside and enjoy the weather.
Water, from house spigot, but will need extra hose to reach.
Elec. also may need extra extension cord. Or you can run a generator 2 hours in the mornings, 8:00-10:00 and in the evenings, 5:00-8:00. Plenty of sunshine for those who have Solar.
Dump station at park site. No room for awnings. Plenty of parking on property. Well behaved pets, on leashes, welcome. Please clean up after them
All are welcome but keep drinking alcohol to a minimum. No Fire pit
Generators can run 2 hours in morning 8:00-10:00 / 3 hours in the evening 5:00-8:00.
Pets on leash and must be cleaned up after.
Keep area clean and enjoy your stay.
Access road is a dead end, town maintained, gravel road with one curve. No hills
Parking in in back in only into my own driveway / winter may be a problem as road is narrow with snow banks making road narrow.
Road is narrow this year so any large tag-a-longs would be hard to back into even narrower driveway till snow melts in May.

A perfect location to experience the Brownfield, North Conway area. This was our very first Boondocker experience and it could not have been better. We had access to electricity, water and sewer and the neighborhood was quiet. Waking up in the morning, we were surrounded by the beautiful views of pine trees. Our hosts made us feel like friends. I highly recommend this stay.
The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The location was very quiet.
So very grateful for your hospitality and flexibility with our changing schedules, particularly during what I know was a challenging time for your family. If we ever make the trip back to Maine with the family en route to Acadia I'd love to stop by again and see your beautiful place in the summer! :) thanks again!
