There is no RV dump on our property however there is a state park 8 miles down the road Dogs can have an area where they can run if under supervision as we have cats and don't want them injured. Our neighbors dogs will welcome you as you are accessing our property attacking your tires. They are harmless!! We are about 7 miles from the city of Lewisburg, TN which has a Walmart, restuarants etc. We are an hour away from downtown Nashville.
Our rules are keep the area clean and free of trash.
Generators can be used as we are far enough away to other neighbors that it won't bother them.
If you like to view the sky. You will love it as the night sky can be viewed will no interfering lights
We have a small campfire ring that you can sit around the fire at night an roast marsh mellows.
Please arrive prior to dark
Our place is actually accessed through another farm. We are a mile off a paved road. The mile long driveway is gravel and you will have to cross a bridge (some of the family call it the scary bridge) However it does flood with heavy rains so we aren't able to accommodate anyone at those times. The bridge has a dip in it so if you have a low clearance vehicle or camper you may scrape a bit. We also have a turn up to our property that has trees on both sides (a S curve) that we now know any rig over 30 feet is not advisable. Best thing is to contact us prior to your stay to see what conditions are going on at the time.
We have one spot that is a concrete pad with 30 amp electric and water for about a 30ft trailer size. We have 20 acres of land so have plenty of room for boon docking if you don't require electric and water. However you can fill tanks with water however it is well water. We have
had a 40 ft Class A just recently. Due to the extremely tight fit going around the S curve and
the dip in the bridge we are going to say any rig over 30 feet is not advisable.
If you come during the second weekend of Oct you can go to the Goats, Music & More Festival. It is FREE they have great music on Friday and Saturday night and you never know who will show up to perform. Downtown Nashville is an hour away. Chattanooga and hour & half away and so is Huntsville Alabama.
Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Always responded promptly to communications with detailed directions to the location. They actually met us at the main road and guided us back. Gave us water to fill up our water tanks.
Nice quiet location. Big field which our dogs enjoyed playing in.
Only about 1 hour drive to Nashville. Also, close to a town with various amenities.
Overall, it was a great stay.
We got along great. Good nights rest. And the host went way above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Good communication would recommend for anyone around this area. Thanks Jim
In spite of the scary bridge entering the property, we loved staying with these folks. Quiet and peaceful. We've made friends for life!
Such a nice couple that were so accommodating to us as we made a trip south to Florida. They were so helpful and friendly. Their property was perfect and quiet. They let our two little kids run all over. We would definitely stay there again!
