5 acre property about 4 miles from the city of Cave Junction and gas/amenities. The property is gated, fenced and cross-fenced, although dogs can get through fences in several places. A very quiet and peaceful location with views of the mountains and lots of trees. Plenty of natural wildlife; deer, fox, squirrel, racoons, skunk and even the occasional cougar and bear. So you will want to keep dog in your rig at dusk and dawn.
Once the sun goes down is quiet time and dogs must be kept inside of your rig in case of cougar or bear, skunk etc. I do have two little dogs, so friendly, kind dogs allowed only! My dogs are small and older and a bit yappy at first but are not aggressive at all and friendly. I live in a rural neighborhood so do have 5 acre lots with houses next door so be respectful of your noise output and respect the quiet country setting. Pack out whatever you pack in of course. Rig can be parked in my shop which is enclosed on two sides, but it has concrete floor and roof and electrical hook up and water hose.
*No smoking on property
*No generators after 8pm
*Friendly dogs only and keep on leash unless supervised in pasture area
*Children are ok but must be supervised at all times as there are lots of places they could get hurt out here and poison oak is abundant.
There is a automatic front gate (14 feet wide) which requires a code to enter and exit, it opens into a long circular gravel driveway.
We are very near the Oregon Caves which are a just a few miles up Caves Hwy from here maybe a 25 minute drive as it is a bit of a curvy road and slow drive. We are near both the Illinois (closest) and Rogue River and about an hours drive to the Pacific Coast. About 35-45 minutes from Grants Pass.
