Have you stayed at this host location?
Leave a reference for this hostI live on a large cattle ranch (see in pics). You are welcome to a single overnight between May 15-October 15th. I am halfway between Island Park, ID (just south of Yellowstone) and Salt Lake City, just about 7 minutes off of I-15 (Exit 47). You are welcome to walk your dog, explore our ranch (there are Angus cattle on our land, so make sure your dog doesn't chase them). They have hundreds of acres to roam on so they won't be close to your rig and are fenced separately. Although the pic shows bulls in the background, they are not that close anymore, although there may be horses on the other side of that fence in the summertime. We look forward to meeting you if you come this way.
Only available May 15-October 15th
No smoking,
No loud music or noise after 10pm
No generators, as a rule.
Arrive before 9pm
You are welcome to attach your hose to fill up with fresh spring water.
You are welcome to plug into a standard power outlet in a small shed near parking.
I am about 3 miles from I-15, off of a paved and well-maintained road. My driveway does drop from the road but is not really steep.
I have an unpaved driveway I don't use next to my home. There is a standard 110 outlet available for you and fresh water. We have about 500 acres of land with a small river and a creek running through it that you are welcome to explore.
Because of weather, we are only available May 15-October 15th. There may be blackout dates in that window as well but should be mostly available.
I am 20 minutes from the world-famous Lava Hot Springs, there is plenty of hiking nearby, free BLM campground 10 minutes away. There aren't a lot of "attractions" nearby, just beautiful countryside. The main advantage is I'm on the main I-15 artery so people traveling to Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, or southern Utah come through this area.
