Very kind, super easy to pull in and park our 40' bus. Our only wish, was that we had better weather, so we could have spent more time together.
What's not to like. Easygoing host, easy access from interstate, ample room to back up or turn around, mostly level and a great sunset to boot! RVexploration has thought out everything and is also an experienced rv renovator and knows his way around anything rv. This location is close to the interstate so you do hear trucks but it's not bad at all.
Thanks for an easy and efficient stay RVexploration! We enjoyed chatting with you.
Our first BW experience and it was awesome! These folks are incredibly accommodating. Beautiful property and plenty of room to maneuver large rigs. Easy access off of Rte 80. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
These folks had already accepted another RV but allowed us to camp in their driveway anyway. Really helped us out in a pinch and threw in electric to boot. We really appreciate their kindness in allowing us to stay. FYI – there is some road noise from I 80.
Scott was a real life saver. We had planned to stay with him but had issues whilst driving to him and were not sure if we would make it. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of RVs and helped us fix our situation so we could be on the road again the next day. His pup Izzy is the sweetest! We really enjoyed talking and getting to know Scott. Would happily stay again and hope to see him camping near by us soon.
I cannot begin to tell how wonderful my first experience was! The host was very welcoming, understanding when I was 1.5 hours late, and had electrical extension cords, adapters and water hookups if needed. Very knowledgeable about RV life and the areas I was interested in. I highly recommend staying with Rvexploration when in the area.
RVexploration is the BEST! He greeted us as warmly as COVID permits, then guided us into a terrific gravel spot that looked across a verdant valley to the lush mountain beyond. He was there to offer any assistance including guidance for places to see and things to do. We had chores and small projects to attend to and while he was only a text away if we needed him, he also left us to handle our stuff as we needed.
We would absolutely stay here again.
This was our first time using this service and our host set expectations very high for future stays. Super friendly and accommodating. Nice big driveway to maneuver in and level spot. We even got a visit from the dog, which we were all excited about :)
Was greeted by the host who proceeded to make sure I had everything I need and then had a great conversation about rv's. ( i am new, and he gave me valuable information) also, travel spots.
I felt very welcomed and at ease, had a great night of rest. Highly recommended!!
I was on a trip to New Hampshire. This was a perfect spot just a few minutes off of I80.
Nice rural quiet location. Had a good sunset on the mountain ridge right out my window.
Very quiet lots of room..
My host gave me some excellent references to check out in the area for nature parks and man did I love Rickets Park. So cool with tons of waterfalls falls and super fun trails. Now I'm going to sign my praises to how great my extremely generous host was. I was hiking at the park with no cell phone signal and then on my way back to his place I got a message that he noticed my propane tank was leaking at a new fitting I just installed and that he went ahead and turned it off. Now get this, the next text I read was "I had some spare time so I went ahead and repaired the fitting for you". Can you believe it??? I was a bit down with all the negative stuff going on in the news and this just made my day and completely made me feel so optimistic about humanity and that there are such wonderful people in this world and that there is hope we can all get through this 2020 mess together. Im so thankful for this experience and your generosity meant more than youll ever know. Im hoping to pay it forward soon. THANK YOU!!!!!
The hosts were very gracious and were happy to show us their rig, a very sweet ride. I was a little leary about staying on people's private property, but if all the hosts are as nice as these, I think this might become my favorite way to stay.
Terrific hosts. Very down to earth and friendly despite all the craziness going on in this world with the pandemic. Beatiful view of the mountainside from the spot we had. Easy in and out of their place. They even invited us to share their campfire and share campfire stories. I didn't know what to expect as a first time user of this site (and new to RV'ing) but was floored by the generosity of our hosts. Made friends in just one short night stay. Thank you again for your hospitality!
Our host was super friendly and helpful and even had a dedicated 30amp hookup right next where we parked our rig. I can't imagine a more excellent host on boondockers welcome. This was our first time and it will go down in history as #1! Thank you host, who's name we wish we could say!
The pandemic had us moving quickly to get home. We would have liked to spend more time chatting and socializing with our hosts. It’s unfortunate that we couldn’t talk longer about travels and RVs. Interesting folks and he directed us where to park in the yard and had a power cord waiting for us to plug in.
Hopefully we’ll pass through the area again, have that beverage and chat a bit more!
With everything shutting down with the coronovirus our host reached out to us to reassure us we were still welcome to come. Once there we had a great time talking as well as a lot of laughs. They are very accomodating and just a warm couple willing to help. They helped us in more ways than one .We will be back and highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
We are new to RVing. This was our first Boondockers experience . A most gracious and informative host. I believe this guy really sets the bar.
Warm welcome, great, easy to access space, electric, beautiful views, and a welcoming and knowledgeable host! What more could you want? I'm 39' with a Mini Cooper in tow and had no problem at all.
The hosts at Serenity were very gracious and helpful - allowing us to stay an extra night when a hige storm made it inconvenient to travel as we had planned.
Our first boondockers stay was awesome and set the bar very high!
Great location, beautiful property!
Amazing hospitality - The hosts made us feel at home and we enjoyed visiting with them and their family.
So much to see in the beautiful PA area - we hope we can come back and stay/visit again!
There's not much we can add to our previous comments from a month ago.
We can however, reinforce everything we said from our first stay.
Another "best experience ever" stay!
These are totally great people.
The location is quiet and rural, with "lots of room".
Within 10 minutes you can have access to anything you could possibly need in nearby Bloomsburg.
Nothing but gratitude towards these fine hosts, so glad we found this excellent location.
We will return here time, and time again.
These folks are Golden, this was our third stay and we are just about family now.
Thanks again for such a great place to stay at.
This Boondocker was most Welcome.
Thanks for your making our stay so enjoyable, we feel like family and I would go way out of route in the future just to be around you again.
Thanks again for your help and hearts.
Our host is the third RV genius we have met through Boondockers Welcome.. So easygoing and happy to share his extensive knowledge and experience. Really liked our conversations with this couple about all kinds of things.
This was our first boondocking, and Boondockers Welcome experience.
We have to tell you that it far exceded our expectations.
The very accessable superb location nestled in the beautiful rolling mountains of Pennsylvania was breathtaking, featuring a stunning sunset on our arrival.
Our hosts are two of the kindest, warmest, and most honest hosts you would ever want to meet. We cannot not immagine encountering better hosts.
We enjoyed it so much that we are planning a stop there for a couple of days on our way back to Canada. There's plenty to see and do near their location.
Long story short... Super location, and even more Super hosts.
Very highly recommend!!
We had a great overnight stay with this fantastic host on their gorgeous property. We enjoyed visiting with them, seeing their rig and meeting Izzy 😀 Thanks again for everything!
What wonderful people we found here! We will do our best to revisit with them in the future and spend some time exploring the area and learn more about the area.
I would love to meet up again with Serenity again at their host spot or around any campfire :-)
