We're in a rural subdivision with an HOA. Covenants allow RV's but we like to be discrete-ish, so no lawn chairs or barbecues. We are convenient to major MD, DC, and northern VA metro areas, and also in a good location for crossing between I-81 and I-95. Suggested Local Attractions:Harpers Ferry, Washington, DC, Hollywood Casino's. VA Wineries. Not suitable for large RV's pulling a trailer. Flat towed vehicles ok if you unhook.

Location
Access Road Conditions: Rural subdivision, so all paved, some speed bumps. I've owned various rigs from 40ft motorhome with toad to a custom C7 truck pulling a 40ft fifth wheel and have gotten them in and out without problems. Just take your time and be careful. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to the rig in the driveway or in the grass.

We camp several weekends throughout the season and like to keep our travel legs short due to the kids. Home Town: Charles Town, WV. Within 90 minutes of Baltimore and our nation's capital. Favorite Boondocking Locations: East Coast USA

We had a short but great stay at Nothing Special! We had more than we needed which included power and a nice level spot with plenty of room for us to back in. We didn't get to chat with the host but can't thank them enough for hosting us. Thanks again!

This host family was so kind! plus their home is nestled in a gorgeous area! we loved walking our dog Around the neighborhood. The owner is a traveler himself and knows a great deal about rigs. Grateful for the safe place to stay and allowing us to order pizza when we decided we didn't want to cook one night!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Nothing Special. The site was easy to get into. The host was welcoming and assisted us to get set up. We loved being able to let our dogs run free in their huge backyard. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The location was convenient for Harper’s Ferry and Berkeley Springs. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
