Rural north central Florida half way between Gainesville and Palatka, We live in a lakeside community . Lots are 1-5 acres. Ours is one acre as it is on the lake. The property is surrounded by a 4' chain link fence. There are 2 50x70 areas on either side of the driveway to park. Water may be available but it would require running a hose across the driveway (100'?) if in the area across the driveway. The other area would not be a problem for a water hose. Probably 50' max. We have 2 elderly basset hounds who have the run of the property. Your dog is welcome to have the run of the property as long as it gets along with ours.
Prefer married couples, 50+ but will consider other. No smoking please. No external generators. Sorry but they are just too loud. We would not like to hear your radio. If you have firearms, we do not wish to see them. Depending on your pet (dog) they may have the run of the property which is fenced. Quiet hours after 2100. We are Christian, civilized, gentlefolk. We ask you act accordingly while our guests. Guest party of one family preferred.

There is plenty of room on our fenced property to park your towed vehicle.

Host were extremely hospitality! Great place to spend a night and day. They shared their home and beautiful sunset over lake with me, as well as wine, and even homemade guacamole. And their two Basset Hounds were friendly and majestic.
I couldn’t have ask for more. Great spot and wonderful host!
Our host was in touch with us in a very timely fashion and greeted us upon our arrival. We had fun sharing rv stories. What a beautiful spot complete with dancing sand hill cranes!
The hosts were extremely hospitable, even sharing a glass of wine with me while we sat on their deck and watched the sand hill cranes dance about and the sun set.
We stayed here one night and wished we stayed longer. After staying at several boondocking places we have to say that this was the best one. Beautiful property, wonderful welcoming hosts and lovely dogs. On our way back we will try staying here again.
