I have room on gravel - level platform area of driveway with 20A service.
Also have 7 acre meadow that could be used during dry weather - no water/elect there but could accommodate several coaches.
State highways to Antigo WI, then county roads to our driveway.... If weather has been dry, can drive into meadow, then turn around and pull back to parking area headed back out without unhooking.
Normally would be able to accommodate "stop-overs" for 1 or 2 nights....
Send email in advance ... can discuss availability....
Walmart 4 miles away on north side of Antigo also currently allows overnight stops.
Local section of Ice Age Trail. Wolf River nearby. Geocaching sites. Langlade County Historical Society & Museum.
Great hosts, turnded us on to a great farmers market ,lovely town and lots of stuff to do in the area.
Jo and al were absolutely loveable. Great couple, fully informative, great hosts, beautiful place. Welcomed us with a tour of the neighbourhood, ATVing friends and great dinner . Thankyou
These hosts are wonderful and that wonderfulness rubs off on their visitors. They were so very accommodating. Nice quiet level site. No matter where they host - you would be so LUCKY to be their guest. Happened that a sixties-seventies band was playing a free concert - they invited us and provided seating. Inexpensive home made food, ice cream and pies were available - very tasty - while waiting for the concert they regaled us with a historic stroll through their village/city. If that wasn't enough we shared a charming and tasty continental breakfast with them.
ALSO - if you ever get to Antigo WI - be sure to have a meal at Dixies Lunch - we stumbled onto that and had one of our best ever meals. From the Mid-1940's - everything is homemade, substantial and TASTY. Would love to visit again - thanks for the very special welcome!
