such great staff, all ready to help you anyway they can . Even got to plug in for the night. I mean it's just a parking lot garage , but we had a bbq and felt safe , peaceful night.. bonus, close to many things.

Paul loves to bust your chops. Have fun with it. Because he's also a great guy, maybe just trying to test you a bit. When he learned we were having trouble with our RV refrigerator, he advised me on how to troubleshoot and fix it. And it worked, saving us at least one or likely more vacation days. and who knows how many dollars. He also gave us good advice on sights to see, local music, and boondocking around Cape Breton. The stay is just a spot in a gravel parking lot, but meeting Paul made the stay first rate.

Paul was a great host. Supplied power & water. Gave lots of pointers regarding highlights of the area. Very friendly guy and his staff were super helpful!

Location is pretty hard to beat. Pretty convenient spot for picking up supplies and nice clean laundromat just a few minutes down the road. Its an industrial area, so obviously traffic during the day, but quiet at night. Paul is born and raised in the area, so has alot of info to share. He was very accommodating on where to park in his lot and even juggled a few parked vehicles so it would work for "everyone"... And like so many Boondockers before us, we needed a new trailer tire. He got one in asap, had it replaced before they closed up for the Long weekend AND for a very reasonable price. Very much appreciated, thank you Paul.
