Safe pets ok.
We have wifi, its iffy in the house, but does reach the parking spot.
Water hook up is a very very hose long that i have.
Electric hookup is 15 amp only and will not run an AC. Its about 20 ft from the parking spot. You may need to bring an extension cord.
If for some reason your AC works on my 15 amp circuit, i will likely ask for a donation. And you cannot run your generator.
The spot is pretty level adjacent to the garage. its a mix of sun and shade, but more sun.
We have kayaks and a pedal boat and stand up paddle boards we can share.
no house rules yet, except be respectful of your neighbors, hosts and the environment. Please be quiet by 9-10pm. Sorry no generators
And i will only ask for a donation if you can run your AC on my 15 amp circuit.
We would like you to check out on your departure day by 11am.
Dirt roads, and a somewhat steep driveway. But my Roadtrek Class B has no problems with access. A small Class C or A should be fine. up to 25 feet. Turning around is the issue, so my pics. A pull behind travel trailer/camper/pop up should be fine but you will likely need to back down the driveway, and you need to be good at backing up.
Slide-outs may work, or may not. It all depends upon size and how they line up in the allotted space.
if you have a small trailer/camper, we can likely accommodate the tow vehicle. but give us your details first. thanks
we're new to this. so please be patient with us. please contact us and we will try to accommodate as best we can

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hitching Post while visiting other friends in NH. The owner and his dog were there to greet us and show me the easiest way to back into their space. Since it was on the far side of their garage it felt very private. There was a place to plug in at the garage. I needed a little more than my 25’ van cord and he offered use of his, but I had a second one. The space worked fine for my class B.
He gave us a tour of the property where there was a patio I could use next to the house with wireless. I was welcome to take a swim or paddle on the cove so used one of their paddle boards to take my puppy for his first ride.
This is a beautiful, quiet part of NH if you love small New England communities and dark nights, with an amazing sky, the call of barred owls and loons. Roads can be steep and dirt in places, but very navigable even for my low slung Roadtrek. Cell service can be a bit sketchy—head uphill!
Thank you, for your hospitality and a restful stay. a Trekker
