Quiet residential neighborhood which limits RV parking. Parking in our large gated driveway/front courtyard is limited to 10 ft tall and 25 ft long total (rig+tow). If your rig is taller than 10ft, we have another flat area for you to park without amenities. Length of that space is about 50 ft total (rig+tow). Easy access to I-25, the Bosque and Albuquerque's North Valley.
1. Your dog can wander in the front parking area freely when fully gated. We have a dog and hens in the other parts of the lot, so your dog will need to be leashed when not in the gated front area.
3. No smoking, parties, loud music or excessive noise.
4. The parking area is street-side, so please keep things neat and clean.
Many hiking and biking options nearby. Close to shopping, dining and all that Albuquerque offers.
The host couple was welcoming and very helpful. Their dog played with mine, wearing each other out. Location is very handy to all of Albuquerque and also open space for walking.
It was a pleasure to meet our host and be welcomed in to the yard. We were shown how to operate the gate so we could come in and out. Based on our host’s suggestion, we had a wonderful taste of New Mexico at El Bruno’s Restaurant. We enjoyed a quiet night in lovely surroundings.
Wonderful couple, very patient as we were delayed by construction traffic and came in pretty late. They were extremely hospitable. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and level RV parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.
We found this spot perfect for our visit to Albuquerque. Not too close in or too far out.
Very quiet safe neighborhood. We got some good tips for city blocks to walk and a local trail along the Rio Grande from our hosts.
We had a great stay at NVDWELLER. Very safe and conveniently located. The hosts are really nice and we loved talking about homeschooling with them. Thank you!!
Loved staying at Alameda Acre. Level, safe, dark. Everything we needed for a good night's sleep!
Really lovely and friendly couple, we had a great stay at their property, which is located in a really quiet neighborhood. They were really helpful and they advised us with their experience on the next steps for the planning of our trip. We wish we would had more time to share with them but we had unfortunately to shorten our stay from 2 night to one night due to weather constraints. We highly recommend these host! Thanks again for everything.
Our hosts were friendly, gracious and accommadating. Had a great time in Albuquerque. We enjoyed vsiting over coffee and shared travel tips with each other. At their suggestion we changed our route and schedule to include touring the town of Madrid on our way to Taos and so glad we did.
