Quiet residential neighborhood which limits RV parking. Our rules show respect to our neighbors. Parking is in a large gated driveway/front courtyard. If your rig is taller than 10ft, we have another flat area for you to park with house electric. Our property is not suited for rig+tow unless total length is less than 25 ft. Easy access to I-25, the Bosque and Albuquerque's North Valley.
1. Your dog can wander in the front parking area freely when fully gated. We have a dog and hens in the other parts of the lot, so your dog will need to be leashed when not in the gated front area. If you walk the dog in the neighborhood, he/she will need to be leashed.
3. No smoking, parties, loud music or excessive noise.
4. The RV area is in the front yard, so please keep things neat and clean.
Many hiking and biking options nearby. Close to shopping, dining and all that Albuquerque offers.
Wonderful couple, very patient as we were delayed by construction traffic and came in pretty late. They were extremely hospitable. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and level RV parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.
We found this spot perfect for our visit to Albuquerque. Not too close in or too far out.
Very quiet safe neighborhood. We got some good tips for city blocks to walk and a local trail along the Rio Grande from our hosts.
We had a great stay at NVDWELLER. Very safe and conveniently located. The hosts are really nice and we loved talking about homeschooling with them. Thank you!!
Loved staying at Alameda Acre. Level, safe, dark. Everything we needed for a good night's sleep!
Really lovely and friendly couple, we had a great stay at their property, which is located in a really quiet neighborhood. They were really helpful and they advised us with their experience on the next steps for the planning of our trip. We wish we would had more time to share with them but we had unfortunately to shorten our stay from 2 night to one night due to weather constraints. We highly recommend these host! Thanks again for everything.
Our hosts were friendly, gracious and accommadating. Had a great time in Albuquerque. We enjoyed vsiting over coffee and shared travel tips with each other. At their suggestion we changed our route and schedule to include touring the town of Madrid on our way to Taos and so glad we did.
