Very rural with great views of Pikes Peak and foothills ranch land.
We live on ten acres and have a few head of llamas.

This is a quiet area. You won't hear the highway or sounds of the city, although if you sleep with your windows open you might hear the coyotes at night or a rooster crowing in the morning.
If you arrive late and need some light to get set up I can accommodate that with the yard light, but it is not left on all night. The night sky is incredible here. Enjoy it!
Pets under control at all times. This is a rural neighborhood with wildlife, horses, llamas and alpacas nearby.
Enjoy walking or biking around the neighborhood with dogs leashed.
No smoking outside of your rig.
Feel free to use your exterior lights as needed, but don't leave them on all night... Including your porch light.

We live in a rural area on ten acres. There is plenty of room to park in our relatively flat graveled driveway next to the barn..
We live right in the heart of some of the most beautiful country in the world, so we like to get out and enjoy it, sometimes on short notice.
Basically, the front range of central Colorado's Rocky Mountains is our back yard.
Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods are just two of the many attractions nearby.
My husband and I stayed on their property for two nights in October. We were greeted with a warm smile and he helped my husband get set up. It was pretty darn cold out so they were kind enough to let us share some of their power to heat our motorhome. All in all, it was a quick stay but very peaceful. We especially enjoyed looking out our windows at the llamas in the morning.
We really enjoyed our stay with Ray and Val. Ray was there to meet us and show us where to set up. They have about 6 llamas and it was awesome being close to them, they are very curious and friendly. The views and sunsets were spectacular! Ray gave us great suggestions on places to visit and they did not disappoint. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and we really enjoyed his company and conversation! We’re hoping if they ever come to the Northwest, they will come and stay with us. Thanks Again Ray and Val!
