our location is on the outskirt of south hamilton , it is called Hannon. it is on the side of two country roads ,so noise from the passing by cars to be expected. it is on the parcel of our property fairly far from our house, semi private to two other houses across the road from it. Suggested Local Attractions:hamilton has many hiking trails, waterfalls , wave pool park, lake ontario beach, conservation area with kids playground not too far, warplane museum, organic super food farm in neighbourhood, royal botanical garden,

outdoor person Details: my wife and me live in a country on outskirt of Hamilton,ontario. we are new to rv ing and love it. we like to explore and meet new outdorsy people and learn from their experiences. . we have a property , which we are hoping to share with others rvers, who are looking to stay overningt on their journey. our interests are hiking, camping, skiing,paddling , exploring., off grid rv ing. Home Town: we live in hamilton , ontario. we have some acreage on south mountain, that is how this are is called. it is not realy a mountain , it is just called that way. Favorite Boondocking Locations: not at this moment Skills or Expertise to Share: well i can help with any plumbing questions or construction questions, my wife is vivid gardener and natural food lover.

Host is very responsive and patient. Missed the turn in despite the great map in hosts’ profile. Host literally met me at the road and then walked a distance to help me park. He turned back on the winterized city water pipe that is situated not far from the campsite area. There are many trees and birds - waking to the sounds was simply heavenly. Hosts are not far from the city that has everything including a Costco. Highly recommend these kind folks’ place.

Very convenient stop for us, easy in and out. Welcoming host to a nicely kept lawn area in a park like setting. We will be returning when in that area.

That was our first experience with Boondockers Welcome. We really liked it. Host came to introduce himself and make sure everything was fine. Place was beautiful and quiet.

We had the pleasure to stay at Hannon Hill this past weekend. Our fantastic Host came to greet us upon arrival and offered a water connection too. We did not need it at the time but we were appreciative in case we would need it over the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay on this niece piece of property with a pear tree. Very Clean and Nice level lot.

The site was a well groomed corner lot with an abundance of shade trees. Water was available but I did not use it. While it was adjacent two roads, the traffic did not bother us. Host was great. He had the private access barrier removed for our arrival. Great host and great place to stay. Not having an electric hookup did not bother us, we just ran the generator as required.
