We can only offer our driveway for your camper (in the photos you would be parked in the area where you see my tow vehicle), but we have a nice back yard where you can BBQ and/or hang out by the fire pit when weather permits.
Please be quiet and discreet. No open awning, lawn chairs or BBQ in front of the house. Dogs must be leashed, and please do not toilet dogs on anyone's lawn (including ours!). There are grassy public areas suitable for walking dogs and you must pick up after pets. In consideration of our neighbors please do not use generator between 9 pm and 8 am. Please also do not block any of the mail boxes as daily access is needed for the carrier to deliver. Thanks.
We live on a residential cul-de-sac where neighbors and guests frequently park on the street. Depending on time of day and parked cars, the access may be narrow but is still passable. The cul-de-sac is large enough to make a u-turn.
There is room to park tow vehicle on the cul-de-sac
Our schedule changes occasionally, so please message us in advance to ensure the date(s) you want are still available. Once we commit to hosting you we will not change unexpectedly.
Historic Annapolis, Sandy Point State Park, U.S. Naval Academy. We are within easy range of the B&A bike trail. There are kayak launches nearby. We are 30 miles from Washington D.C. or the Baltimore Inner Harbor; with traffic it takes about 1 hour to get to either place from here.
Perfect location on a quiet cul de sac. Very responsive hosts. Good communication. And a nice paved driveway that beautifully met our needs. We would love to stay again someday and maybe get to spend more time with the generous hosts. We highly recommend this host.
Perfect location to Annapolis in a quiet suburb. Very accommodating host and a nice driveway space to park. Good communication in the planning of our stay.
This was our first Boondockers experience. Couldn't have asked for a more hospitable and helpful host! She helped us setup on the driveway, and also helped attach the hose to our RV. Water and Electric hookups were generously provided, & no compensation was asked for. She also loaned us her 50-30Amp adapter and surge protector. Easy in and easy out, and great communicator and conversationalist. Even offered the pool for us to use; unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. Our heartfelt gratitude for hosting us, and for showing us how to pay it forward.
It was a rainy weekend, but we made the most of it, and the host was so hospitable. Thank you!!
Very gracious hostess. Nice, brief visit, sharing our commonalities!! Easy in and out. Good communication.
Thank you for your hospitality:):)
This was our first stay with Boondockers Welcome and it was perfect! XPAT2B was an amazing host. We had a campfire together and great coversation. Will definitely come back again if we're in the area :)
Great place to stay while exploring the area. Enjoyed our quick chat. Wish it could have been longer but they were both very busy. Thanks again!
XPAT2B was so wonderful! She welcomed me and helped me park, avoiding the basketball hoop nicely. Then encouraged me to enjoy their space including a walk to the neighborhood beach or relaxing in the shady back yard. It was so peaceful and relaxing!
I'm sure to be back, if they'll have me.
My hosts met me and hooked me up to elec.
Had a delicious homemade IPA from my host.
Great communication and very nice people.
Would definitely stop by again.
Warmly welcomed on arrival by our hosts. Great location for touring the area and hosts willing to help and assist with set up and things to see and do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
Greay host! I arrived when she was away, but her husband took care of everythimg.
