Pad is gravel and is on the north side of our home. Suggested Local Attractions:Located near Ponca City OK the home of E. W. Marland with tours of the Marland Mansion, and Lew Wentz American Oil Business men. Also north is Arkansas City the starting point of the Run of the Cherokee Strip in 1893.

No Smoking. There is a creek near by so supervision of children is a must. Dogs are allowed only if they are friendly, we have 2 dogs and 2 cats and we would like them treated with respect. If electric is needed $5 per day.

We highly recommend staying at Rafter X. This was our first stay at a BW and we were in our first week of retirement and full-time rv-ing. The hosts were gracious in sharing their rv best practices and apps with us. The property was easy to get to. And, the sunset through the trees was beautiful. The proximity to Lake Ponca mtn biking and hiking trails was a bonus!

We highly recommend RafterX for anyone wanting some peace and quiet in a country setting. The full hookups were perfect and the hospitality was GREAT from the beginning to end of our visit!

Great visit at rafterX, campfire conversation and a tour of the interesting house +. We found Garmin accurate to this location, but google maps takes you past it. Good dirt road and easy back in to full hookups were appreciated. Hope to visit again.
