Have you stayed at this host location?
Leave a reference for this hostWe are an urban winery with a 25 stall parking lot. Overnighters are allowed any day except Saturdays. Electric & water upon request. We are across the street from a manufacturer who operates a press in their building which makes a low frequency thud about every 2 seconds. It’s not loud, but some folks might find it slightly annoying. It runs at 63 dB (about the same level as local traffic). It’s completely inaudible indoors and I suspect if your camper is insulated, you won’t lose any sleep. I just wanted to make sure folks know.
Let us know in advance if you need H2O or 110VAC hook up. Children and dogs on leash at all times.
Excellent up to 30'. We are on city streets.
There are two parking stalls on the south side of the lot near the monument sign. Park tow vehicles there.
Absolutely NO SATURDAY stays. Sorry. Otherwise, we welcome you.
Geneva Lake; Yerkes Observatory; Geneva Lake Brewery.
We stayed for 3 nights at the Studio Winery. The parking lot was easy to get in to and the water and electric is within a short distance from where we parked. We enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and quiet very close to gas stations, grocery stores and lots of shopping. We were here to visit with family, so we were gone most of the time. Like fall in the Midwest, the leaves started turning and they are a beautiful sight. Lake Geneva is a little busy town but the Lake is lovely and we snapped a few photos of the beautiful sunset over the lake. The hosts are very accommodating and made us feel very welcome.
This urban tasting room was just down the street from a bustling town on a huge lake. Fabulous!
The owner was interesting and gracious, the tasting room has art on the walls and also has a secluded lounge with musical instruments.
Note to digital nomads: I wish I had more time there but, it was a weekday and I had to leave a day early since my Verizon hotspot wasn’t working well enough for me to work online.
Bonus: I really enjoyed the bottle of wine I purchased!
This suprising in public on a main road, yet hidden winery was covenient 1.2 mi. from downtown. The host was very busy, but friendly. Their winery was interesting with bold bright fun paintings done by one of the owners. Their patio was lovely with huge hibiscus flowers, iron sculptures and the soft sound of chimes. I used the area after hours to relax and do devotions. The small parking lot was just right for my 16' and truck and would be for other conversion vans. I couldn't use the electric, but it was offered. I walked to the lake and did some shopping talking to a few neighbors along the way, many with beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. Their wine was very good. I purchased some for home. They also have a distillery. I would stop again. Loved looking out at the grape laddened vines from my camper. Best to arrive after hours. Easier to park without all the vehicles. Thank you Studio Winery.
A beautiful winery with delicious wines. Try the Foch Reserve. Owners were very gracious. Great experience.
We loved stopping here! The wine was amazing and the hosts are friendly, helpful, and so talented! It was a comfortable and enriching experience all around. If we are in the area again we will stay here if possible!
Our hosts at Studio Winery provided an easy overnight stay for the maiden voyage in our new rig. We enjoyed the surprise of seeing the mini vineyard, especially our young son who is a plant enthusiast. Although we didn't have the opportunity to try the wine this trip, we plan to do so on a future trip. Thank you Studio Winery for your gracious hospitality.
My wife and I are so glad we decided to visit Studio Winery! It was a pleasure for us to meet our hosts. Even though the COVID-19 restrictions limited what we could do during our visit, we enjoyed our time there. The wine is the best we’ve had at a midwest winery. Studio has a wonderful selection of art work; we took a couple of prints home with us. We look forward to visiting again!
Our hosts was amazing, met us upon arrival and made sure we were all set up. And gave us lots of info about the local area.
His business is an awesome combination of a winery and music studio. We went in for a glass of wine and my wife ended up buying a bottle.
Unfortunately they were not open for most of our stay, we would have loved to hang out there another time.
The spot itself is a parking lot. Very easy in and out. And very close to the interstates heading to either Milwaukee or chicago. Although the town itself is worth a visit.
If we are ever in the area again we would definitely come back
We arrived at closing time so didn't get to spend a lot of time within the winery, but the owner and staff were very friendly! We did not need hookups so simply parked in a space in their parking lot overnight. While conveniently close to town, the spot was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our quick overnight at Studio Winery and hope to spend more time there (and get to hear the live music!) on our next trip to Lake Geneva.
Studio Winery was there to greet me and asked if I needed water or anything at all. I didn’t, but he was very kind to offer. Studio Winery is easy to find. They are closed on Tuesdays, so I had the parking lot to myself. The parking lot is flat, and I didn’t have to unhitch my rig. I felt very safe. I left in the wee hours of the morning to get through the Chicago traffic before rush hour commenced. I definitely give this place two thumbs up as a great overnight location. Thank you, Studio Winery, for hosting!
Our hosts went above and beyond, and were very helpful when we arrived, supplying us with electric and with water to fill our tank up. Had a great time seeing the winery and chatting with them for a bit. Highly recommend!
Thanks so much to all for your hospitality.
Proud to be your first boondockers.
Hope to see you in Blue Ridge.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at studio winery! The place was easy to find, easy to park, safe, and the best part was being steps away from a great glass of wine after a long day of traveling! The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and have great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. They were also very quick in responding to our request to stay short notice. Be sure to check out their quaint wine bar and do the wine tasting!
