Thanks for your warm welcome. And for all your help on hiking, activities, and trailers. This is a beautiful quiet area just outside the very touristed Traverse City/ Leelanau. So I met dune trails without the crowds, and beaches without the noise. Couldn’t ask for a better intro or more interesting hosts!
Kate & DJ were exceptionally accommodating, and are pro-RVers. They have a great spot in NW Michigan. Great people to talk to, and have a ton of camping experience. Very gracious hosts. Truly a four-star experience.
What a great spot! Paved location with full hookups! Who could ask for more?
Hosts are very kind and helpful. Providing tips for the area and MI travel.
Enjoyed an evening around the campfire chatting.
Highly recommended if you will be in the area.
This was our first experience with Boondockers Welcome. Having purchased an RV just a week ago, we discovered Boondockers Welcome and found "the best of NW Michigan" conveniently located near where we planned to travel. If all BW hosts are like this, then we look forward to more wonderful experiences like we had this weekend. We felt welcomed and we came as complete strangers but left as friends. Thanks for your gracious hospitality and your local tips that helped us get the most out of our trip.
This was our best visit yet. The host were very friendly and accommodating. A joy to talk to. They have a wealth of knowledge about the area, traveling and RV tips. Beautiful grounds and a great spot to park with water, electric and sewer. Highly recommend a visit. We certainly will come back when in the area.
Very knowledgeable about the area. Very friendly. Accommodating to our needs.
