Location

Access Road Conditions: 1/2 mile off the highway on a maintained dirt road then 200 yards on a narrow gravel tree lined driveway with at least one sharp left turn. There is a small turn around at the end of the road. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Overall length of your RV (including the vehicle towing your trailer) needs to be under 25’. Any towed vehicle (not needed to pull your trailer) will need to be detached driven in. You will be able to park close to your rig. Our area is accessed through a narrow road lined with trees and one spot with a hard left turn. So Class A, B, and C's under 25' should be fine. However trailers won't be able to access the area.

Tom and I are retired and easy going Details: Tom and I are retired and spend our summers at our rustic log cabin in north east Wyoming. Tom takes care of our seven acres and I keep myself busy in my small arts and crafts studio. Home Town: We split our time between San Diego, California and rural north east Wyoming. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We mostly boondock overnight at Walmarts while travelling to and from locations. We do spend a week boondocking in Quartzsite, Arizona in January on BLM land. Skills or Expertise to Share: Tom is a do-it-yourself-er. And I have a small quilting and crafting studio.

What a great spot. Location allowed us to get up early and beat the crowds at Devils Tower. Park in thr pines and enjoy amazing sunrises over the grasslands. Thank you so much to Tom, an amazing host. Absolutely recommend if in the area. This is what makes BW so special!

We were road weary and so grateful to rest overnight here! Instructions were awesome and thorough (Thanks, Pax, sorry we missed meeting you!) and Tom met us at the mailbox to lead us in. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming! We ate supper under the pines and were lulled to sleep by the wind whistling thru. I hope we can stay here again sometime! Thanks so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts provided directions and guidance upon our arrival. It's very quiet, with trees to provide protection from the sun. Great views and occasional sightings of wildlife. Our sincerely thanks to our hosts!

It was great to visit here. While we only got to meet Tom, we were grateful for the opportunity to visit with him and stay here.
