Our property borders the Okanogan National Forest. We are 11 miles from Twisp up the Twisp river. A beautiful drive. Many sights to see. We have Starlink internet now that gives great speeds and wifi calling. We gladly share our password with guests. We have fresh eggs for sale, straight from the chickens! You can fill your water tank at our hydrant, but there is not a water hookup at the site. Closest cell service is six miles back towards town. Suggested Local Attractions:Black Pine Lake, War Creek Falls, Twisp River Drive. Hike to the Lookout Mountain lookout. A really nice bike ride loop on a reasonable grade, up the Twisp river.

Such a peaceful place to spend the night. Host let us get settled and then came to welcome us snd introduce himself. Had a nice conversation and he gave us some insight into the area and his experience living there 37+ years. Really nice and accomodating. We will definitely come back as it’s an ideal setting for us!

Others have commented on Bob's friendliness, and we agree. But we wanted also to note the lovely walking options right from the property: up the first hill toward a lake (8 miles) and up the main road when it becomes one lane, with great views of the North Cascades and the sound of the river below. And don't forget to stop at Cinnamon Twisp in town!

We highly recommend this location. The host was very nice and we had a lovely grassy area with picnic table and power for only $5 a night. We also purchased fresh eggs.

The “water hookup” listed as amenity is confusing. Unknown to me until I had parked my trailer in the designated spot, there is no water hookup that will stay connected to your rig while you are parked there. You will have to fill the tank in the property prior to park. Other than that my stay was uneventful. Hosts were very nice and had fresh eggs to sell. Beautiful area and very calm for a good night sleep. VERY IMPORTANT: NO CELL NOR WIFI SIGNAL.

We enjoyed a peaceful evening here. Bob was welcoming and very informative about some local fires. He was also generous in sharing his wifi so we could get further information. We’d love to stay again/ longer!
