We are a retired couple French-Canadian. Details: We decided to live in our RV while having a base in Québec. Like many snowbirds, we like to travel USA during the winter. In 2017, we did a 14 726 miles roadtrip across several States of the USA in a Dodge Grand Caravan transformed by ourself. By buying our RV, we have now chosen more luxury to travel in the province of Québec and Ontario in summer, desert and Parks in USA in winter. We like to meet people and their passion, discover beautiful landscapes for hiking. We also like discovering new cooking recipes with local products. I speak basic English with a strong French accent. Home Town: My city of birth is Paris in France, but I live in Gatineau, Québec, since the year 2000. Gatineau is a municipality of the Province of Québec. It is located near Ottawa the Capital of Canada. Directly in the town, Gatineau Park is the National Capital Region's conservation park. It's a great place to hike and It's home of the Mackenzie King Estate with a romantic Tearoom. Skills or Expertise to Share: We like hiking, ride a bike, motorcycling. We also like discovering new cooking recipes with local products and visit local producers, farmers, markets. We visit often museum, artists, painters, craftmen. We prefer visiting the country rather than cities. My husband like fishing , I prefer create crafts and reading. But it's traveling that we prefer, discovering beautiful landscapes.
