On a beautiful lake with boat launch.
Plenty of room for turnaround. Good road access. RV spot is level on gravel pad. Plenty of room to turn around.
Cell phone service ok with ATT and Verizon.
Shopping, Post Office, and Library nearby.
Be quite and clean up after yourself.
Good road. Finding spot is tricky. I will guide you there from the community of Big Lake and unlock the gate. We will meet at the Big Lake Post Office.

Convient for trips to Talketna, Denali NP
Enjoyed a quiet evening at the communities gated lakefront lot. There was a nice pavilion and Boatdock and barbecue grills where we were able to cook our dinner. There was even electricity for a five dollar fee per night. It was such a treat to have electricity after almost a month with no electric. The hosts are great people although we did not get a chance to visit much with them as we left the next day to head to Denali. Both are Verizon and AT&T worked there. Both our Verizon and AT&T worked there.
We met Allan shortly after arriving in Big Lake, Alaska He guided us to their home and then to the RV site. Wow a 30 amp. Service included, they ask for $5 donation for electric and the site is free, couldn’t ask for more. Our host’s we’re leaving to go fishing for a few days, but Allan said they would be back on Thursday. Hope to see them tomorrow and get suggestions for day trips around Denali NP. We changed our time to stay with them and they were nice to accommodate us.
Allan is a delightful host, charming and personable, and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable.
The site has picnic tables, power (for an inexpensive $5), a Porta potty, and fire ring (wood included!).
If you have boating equipment, you can use the launch and take a cruise around the lake.
Finding the spot is a little tricky, so it's important to stay in touch with the host.
