Have a small, yet useable space available on limited basis. Small class C (like based on MB Sprinter) or Class B, small slides, no dogs. Can actually accommodate up to 25’ long rigs.
Since this is at the base of America’s Mountain there is no need to describe what attractions are available. Google “attractions in Colorado Springs area.”
You can park, plug in and sleep. That’s about all we can allow as this is a neighborhood. Check out is 10:00 AM. Maximum two nights. Nice backyard where you can sit, bbq. No smoking. No generators. Grill on back patio.
City streets. In a cul de sac.
Class B or Mercedes Based Class C Motorhomes only. 30 amp available, enough for AC. When we are not traveling ourselves, write for availability. No pets. No children. It’s a very small space, yet we’d like to make a limited availability as we have benefited from Boonedockerswelcome.com and hope this might encourage others to become hosts. Two nights maximum. Tow vehicle would park in street. Dave n Chris
You’re at 6000’ early spring and late fall can mean snow!
We own a 2021 Winnebago 24 D and travel. So contact us via email as far in advance as possible. We’ve been known to “go camping” on a whim!
The perfect stay in Colorado Springs! The hosts took me in unexpectedly and made me very comfortable. Covered space with easy access and a wonderful backyard I was invited to spend time in. Got to chat with the hosts a bit and overall couldnt have been more agreeable, thankyou!!
ChrisnDave really know how to make someone feel like they are at the Ritz. Had a 30amp connection and offered me water as well. They greeted me and helped me get parked and level. They are on a quite cul d sac with a view of Pike's Peak from the front. They are long time RVers with a lot of knowledge of RVing and know a lot of great travel sites. Got to see their backyard which is something out of Home and Garden. Looks like a spectacular park. We had great conversations and broke bread together. I can't wait to stay again.
