Leave a reference for this hostI live on 3/4 acres just outside of Las Vegas. My neighbors are mostly retired people so it tends to be mellow and quiet.

Dogs must be on leash when around my chickens and guinea fowl and when you take them out of designated camping space in backfield.
No generator noise after 8:00 pm
Smoking allowed in or around your RV only.
Small amount of garbage allowed in bags and in my trash can.
Kids okay if well behaved.
Paved road to driveway. You will park next to my house in my driveway that is quite level. If you follow GPS you will encounter many speed bumps. It is best to take the University Ext off I-25, turn West to Grand Ave, Rt on Grand, Lft on Mills Ave, Rt on 7th St (McDonald's), pass Walmart and turn Rt on Harris Rd at the Vegas RV and Storage place on corner. Go .89 mile to 286 Harris and honk horn for me to open gate.
Either next to the rig or somewhere else on the property. As for vehicles towing camper trailers, there could be a problem turning into my driveway as there are ditches on both sides of the two lane paved road. So it would probably be best if only a small camper trailer is considered for my site.

Our "hostess with the mostess" was fabulous!
We had originally requested one night, but were allowed a second night so that we could hike Hermits Peak. If you choose a similar adventure, be aware that we were sent by Google to a private road, not the El Povenir Campground, where the trail starts. So by the time we got to El Povenir, there was no where to park my class c.
The accommodations were wonderful! Plenty of room, level, gated, electricity, guinea fowl and very well behaved dogs. I have a 25' long rig, and the driveway wasn't a problem, but anything bigger would be.
Great overnight site and super host.! Lots of info about what to do and where to go while being socially distant. The host graciously offers a totally enclosed gravel site, large and level with water & 15a if you need it. The town, within walking distance, is full of old, unique Victorian's and a downtown Renaissance, although almost all shops were closed. But I was happy to roam the streets and nature paths without anyone near me and lots of available street parking. BW hosts are the best good Samaritans! Thank you all.
Wonderful 2-day visit! Large area for me to park with my RV and tow car. My dog loved the fenced yard. Thanks for a wonderful visit, not just a place to stay!
We love our very open, honest and caring host. Her little doggies were the cherry on top.
Nice place to stay. Host is very kind, interesting and accommodating. Fun to visit with.
Cassie's Garden was a perfect location to stay, easy on and off I-25. Tight turn into her fenced yard (we are newbies tho!) but really wasn't an issue. Quiet, dark, and restful. Our host was very sweet and we definitely recommend this spot and would love to stay again.
Had a short talking. She responded very quick. Place is in a very nice area and very quiet at night. Hope to stay a next time a little bit longer
Thanks for having us!

Host was so welcoming! My dogs and her dogs became fast friends. I had a tire issue (major) when I got there and she helped me and stood by me while getting everything fixed. I will stay again and I highly recommend anyone else o!,
Great hostess! Very friendly and helpful. My granddaughter loved playing with her dogs. Very quiet at night
Had a wonderful visit with Sheryl. Could chatted all night. Very restful place to stay.
Thanks again, Calroadrunner
SUNIMASTER3593 was super patient with me finding her location. My phone was trashed in a rainstorm and I had no GPS. Once there she warmly welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. Sadly, we had too short of a visit because of our tight timeline. Looking forward to a future longer time together.
Sherryl is very sweet, she received us so kindly and made us feel really welcome.
We got to talk and share some experiences, it was great to meet her.
Only stayed one night because we were on our way to Amarillo.
Thank you very much!!
We had really appreciate our host and the quiet location outside Las Vegas. She was friendly and suggest places to visit. Her little dog is adorable.
Our host could not have been more accommodating! Great location !
Ues chickens and guinea hens...rusty found them fascinating! He made a new friend with the cute little dog. Sherrill was very accommodating. Nice stay. Linda..rusty
Sherrill is a very nice lady. She was very accommodating, and we enjoyed her company.
Great stop on our trip! Very friendly host with great suggestions on places to see in the area. She let us know ahead of time about the driveway to make sure we were comfortable with pulling in. We were able to back our 25 foot airstream in and pull right out when we left without any problems. Her dog Mio was very friendly as well!
It was so easy to park in "Cassie's Garden", with a good sized property and a couple of options to park in the front or the back. My dog had free range of the large, fenced yard and she was in heaven. Sherrill was a perfect host and gave us lots of privacy, while still being available to show us around if we wanted. We would definitely say there again.
We stayed for 2 nights in the driveway in our 32 foot Class A. The driveway was nice and level and we positioned the RV to make good use of the sun and shade. The host was so helpful and informative about the area and we fell in love with her pup, Mío!
Highly recommend this host!
