had a great time visiting and hearing the stories from Joe and Ajax. Can't wait to visit again. We were able to make dinners together with Joe's garden harvest. Thanks

Roy was a great and generous host. He provided water, electric and sewer for no charge. We enjoyed a great conversation. We shared some great stories. He had great sense of humor. The post was level and the gardens were beautiful. This is one of our best stays and we look forward to staying again.

Nice site in a quiet suburb, pleasant for taking walks near the water. Our host Roy was friendly and is dog Ajax even more so, hihi. Roy greeted us and helped us get settled, he provided us with hookups and a dump station and made us feel welcome. His garden is very pretty with many nicely decorated little nooks, and we were able to enjoy it and relax in the middle of the greenery, the flowers, and the song of the birds which are numerous. The property was located near several interesting tourist sites, easy to get to, and very quiet for sleeping. We would definitely go back. A lot of THANKS for having us Roy, it was our first boondocking experience and it was very positive.
