Dear Guests: Even though dates may be blocked, I can still be contacted via the membership message center in case there is a possibility I can accommodate you. (My dear wife co-authored an insightful, copyrighted e-book on Daniel and The Revelation and loved the Bible. She held a BFA in Art History and a BS in Business Administration and held a Private Pilot license. Her passion in this world was the Lord and her love for homeschooling our four children. Her gravestone is inscribed with a beautiful Proverb: "Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her." Home Town: Edgewood (between Seattle and Tacoma, Wa) Favorite Boondocking Locations: Off-grid on Forest Service land in southern Idaho, and off-grid in a few Washington State campgrounds. Off-grid camped in Oregon and California. Enjoy Utah too. Family: Ruth and I raised 4 homeschooled children. We tent camped a lot, and in 2017 finally bought a small travel trailer which we both enjoy with our loved ones. My background: Mainly aviation and I held several FAA licenses including flight instructor and commercial pilot (one engine airplanes) land and sea. Worked as an international maintenance training instructor for Boeing. Worked as a logger in SE Alaska and also worked 2 years on the Pacific Ocean ranging from the equator to Alaska for the National Ocean Survey.

This was our first ever boondocking stay in someone’s yard and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Quiet and safe neighborhood, friendly host, well behaved and friendly dog. We were offered electricity and water hookup which was a nice bonus. My husband and I would love to stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

We had a very nice stay at Henry’s house. He has a nice sized, fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood. He was a very kind host. We were even able to buy fresh eggs from him!

This BW location was near the area I wanted to visit as i wanted to visit HS classmates and nearby relatives. Hank was generous enough to extend our planned stay to accommodate us and made us feel so welcomed. Freda, the dog, was such a happy dog that made me smile. I look forward to coming back to visit Hank and Freda another time. Thank you Hank!

Henry our host was more than nice… he want to ensure we will have a pleasant stay on his homeyard. he also ensure his dog will not interact with our dog, if we don’t want to… and after a short introduction in the evening, the dogs really played together in the morning… it’s a ‘go to’ place… and thanks again Henry for your kindness!

We were delayed getting to the location and arrived after dark. Once through the gate we were met by Freida a super friendly dog! We had a lovey level spot that was so quiet. We were able to get back on the road to the Canadian Border quick and easy!
